Replacement Parts Shop - Anglian Home Improvements レビュー

Easy to find what I was looking for. Good/realistic price point. Parts arrived quickly.

Purchasing is very straightforward on the website. Delivery is free, so no surprises on payment. Delivery was within the time frame advised.
Product is better than that which it replaces, and is less expensive than equivalent diy store outlets.

Needed to replacement handles for my Anglian Windows which were installed by the previous owners of the house. Very easy to work out which ones were needed from the website. Similar ordering was straightforward, the handles arrived quickly and were simple to install. Very pleased.

Oh I received the part however when I puchased the same item mid 2024 it was priced at 7.99 and this time it was 14.99 how can they justify this

Fast purchase after I identified the part and fast reciept which works perfectly well.

Replacement handle was delivered in a timely fashion and was easy to install.

Be aware that the current generation of handles are a slightly different design to those supplied some years ago. They fit perfectly but if need the handles to match you may have to buy two and keep the other one as a spare.

Very good service from Anglian and the door security lock has been fitted and is very substantial and will work well.

Quality of parts was excellent.
Delivery could have been quicker.

Good service although could communicate a bit more.

Very pleased, correct part sent quickly, thanks

Great product

Quality Item, Great Price.

The products are excellent but it’s very difficult to find replacement fittings on the website. I’ve had to order replacement window handles a couple of times, and each time it was a very frustrating experience.

I have never received the window handle I ordered. The address was wrong and the post office tell me they returned the parcel to you as it was undeliverable. I have emailed you before about this but never received a replacement. Correct address is. 2 Stoke Road, Poringland, Norwich, NR147JL

It took two weeks for delivery

I have not yet received my 10 replacement window handles, ordered on 7/8/26, when you took £137.80 out of my account. Now you send me an email asking how you did? Absolutely awful.

We waited quite a long time for a window handle to arrive.. 10 days.. and in that heat we couldn't open the bedroom window.... don't understand why it took that long would have thought 6/7 days maximum

Quality product fits perfectly, one star because it took 3 weeks to arrive.

Wrong window handles were sent despite different codes and website not clear as casement and flush handles look the same so in affect, buying items blind.
They've sent scruffy note with prepaid label to send 1 handle back but haven't sent the replacement beforehand.
