Eat Sleep Cycle Online Shop レビュー 

Order placed over three weeks ago. Everything was available at that time. Zero communication even tho I`ve tried to reach out multiple times. Apparantly a part of the order was send last Friday and should have arrived on Monday. But nothing, and UPS hasn`t received a package, just a label got created... real bummer with such a bad customer service.

Die Produkte an sich sind toll, aber der Onlineshop ist eine Katastrophe. Nachdem über eine Woche nach der Bestellung immer noch keine Versandbestätigung da war, habe ich per Mail nachgefragt. Die Antwort: Ware geht heute raus und ist in 24-48 Stunden da. Danach: nichts. Keine Versandbestätigung, keine Ware, keine Antwort auf weitere Mails. Habe das Geld via PayPal zurückbekommen. Schade, denn wie gesagt, die Produkte sind an sich toll.

Very disappointing experience.
Order placed on August 10 and still not shipped after three weeks. Almost no communication, unanswered emails and poor customer service. Only later I was informed that one of the items was not even available.

Zero communication, zero support, very poor reliability.
I strongly recommend using other shops.

Ich kann das Team von EAT SLEEP CYCLE nur in den höchsten Tönen loben.
Nachdem ich den Nimbl Ultimate Air in Größe 44 bestellt habe, Hat mich das Team über WhatsApp angeschrieben und wir haben über Fotos die Innensole mit einem Bandmaß gegeneinander verglichen.
Dabei haben wir gemeinsam festgestellt das Größe 44 zu klein für mich ist und Größe 45 perfekt zu mir passt.
So eine Kommunikation kann man sich nur Wünschen und verhindern viele Fehlbestellungen.

Desde la tienda Eat Sleep Cycle se han puesto en contacto conmigo personalmente para pedir disculpas por lo ocurrido y tratar de aclarar toda la situación. He agradecido mucho la llamada y la actitud, porque demuestra interés real por el cliente.
A veces hay errores o problemas en los procesos, pero lo importante es cómo se gestionan después, y en este caso han dado la cara. Por eso quería reescribir mi reseña y agradecerles el gesto y el trato recibido en esta segunda etapa.

Excellent service from the whole team, hired a bike last minute and they sorted me out and helped with a route, will be back and will use them again

Booked a custom tour for extended family of 8 -- parents in 70s and adult children and partners -- based in Girona. Everything was absolutely amazing -- guides, routes, food, bikes, communication, organization, value. Kudos to ESC, they are the real deal.

I hired a road bike as well as 2 friends. My experience was that the hire bikes are poorly maintained, loose chains and worn componentry. My brake pds were worn out so clearly the descents were tricky. Competitively, they are not cheap so I was disappointed with the standard of care.

Had a very nice experince at the store where Francisco gave me good advice when i was shopping cycle clothes. He was friendly, cherfull and very welcoming. Can strongly recomend a visit

Doubted about posting this review, as I am frequently helped well.
I didn’t get any compensation for a cassette of myself ESC Girona lost, as it was “too long ago,” so it was not their responsibility anymore.
This was in contrast with what had previously been communicated. When my teammate wanted to pick up my cassette (as I had left already) they told her to come back later, because they couldn’t find the box on which my name was written. The next time she came by the same story. Then she left for 3 weeks and came back again. Same story. Then I called the shop and was told they would try to find it. This was already about 2- months later. When they couldn’t find it, they said it wasn’t their responsibility, because it was so long ago. But the cassette was already lost 2 weeks later, and they hadn’t communicated any unwritten rules about when it’s too late. I imagine it’s not a rule to keep customers stuff, but that was what I was promised. I communicated clearly that my teammate would pick it up etc. For me, the costs of a cassette, are not nothing, so to me it’s not very ‘service’ to do not compensate anything.

You get what you pay for.

It is now a month since I bought this bike and still do not have all the parts to get it outside.

Second time buying a ~5k EUR bicycle with ESC. Both times their mechanics / quality control had a lot to wish for.

Positives:
-Good (sale) prices
-Good selection of bikes
-Easy and fast communication (when selling)
-Express a (partial) willingness to make up for mistakes i.e., they paid for some of the mechanical (but not aesthetic) issues mentioned below

Bad:
-Slow communication (when item is sold)
-Descriptions are misleading - i.e., I bought one with 'a short rental season' that came with a very worn chain, defect cables (and barrel adjuster), defect/worn gear wires, damages bar tape, scratched wheels and drivetrain (injuries rather than use)
-Delivered without a bracket shell cover/plate leaving the interior of bike exposed (and even if they insist, they inspected the bike they did not realise nor were they sure there used to be a cover and I am still waiting to receive the part... on a 5k titanium gravel bike..)

The last (new) bike I bought also had scratches and crooked rear derailleur (hanger needed adjustment) and wheels with loose spokes. It was also a 5k bike.

In conclusion:
Good selection and prices when on sale. Bad quality control and mechanics that are not thorough (if the even inspect the bikes). Would buy somewhere else.

Very friendly and quick service! It was a pleasure buying a bike with them. Would definetly do again!

Expensive relative to service and flexibility. 10 people - 4 days renting.
Paid 125 EUR more for the same bike as a friend in my group.
50% of the bikes had serious defects that needed fixing in the store. One of the bikes had to be changed. We used half a day on that.
When sending 10 bike to a group outside the city, then why not ask if they need some tools to change pedals etc or provide a good pump.

if the product is on sale, you don't expect it to be damaged or irreversibly adjusted... I bought a frame set with cracked paint and a cut fork... the fact that it was also delivered in a different color than what was declared is the smallest problem

I found the store via buycycle.

Unfortunately, the frame was found to be damaged before shipping. I was then offered great alternatives and we were able to agree on a different frame!

The communication was super friendly and professional! I would order a bike here again at any time.
