I bought a bag of clay pebbles from GT Prospect. Unfortunately I never got them. To this day the bag is sitting in my post office where I never instructed it should go. The company is using Parcelforce for deliveries which is worse than unreliable as the delivery people don't try to redeliver as they say but instead dump the item at the post office because that way they need to bother less.
I have been in contact with GT Prospect a couple of times regarding my missing pebbles. First they said they will arrange a redelivery. Well, I waited the whole day when the redelivery was due. Did it come? Of course not. No info was sent to me either. I was in contact with GT Prospect again. Now they asked why I can't go and pick up the bag myself! I explained I can't because I would have to take the bus and my shopping trolley to do this, bag is too big for me AND Parcelforce didn't leave me a card. Why would I even need to do that anyway? The seller should make sure the customer gets the product. Looks like GT Prospect is happy and eager to take the purchase price but that's where the interest ends. They said they can't refund me as it's against company policy as they don't have the bag! But they were happy to take the money regardless if I didn't have the bag either. Oh, and they also suggested me that I could try rearrange a redelivery on Saturday (one of the days when I could be at home) for £12 with Parcelforce. Now that would be idiotic as the pebbles cost me £12.99. I'm so disappointed with GT Prospect. It's shocking how they don't care if you actually get what you ordered and paid for. It's obvious they're only interested in money and company policy and don't care about the customer who doesn't seem to have any rights. Eventually I had to get in touch with Amazon to get a refund. I would't recommend GT Prospect to anyone.

EDIT: Parcelforce surprisingly turned up with the clay pebbles on 28/04. I don't know why as Amazon has refunded the price of the clay pebbles to me. I sent an email to GT Prospect to keep them in the loop. They just kindly hoped that I will enjoy the item. I'm now upgrading my experience with GT Prospect from one star to three stars.

Fast and free delivery !! Perfect customer service ! I need stone chippings for my garden so I find that website and call to them . They help me out and find a good deal ;)

GARBAGE PRODUCT FROM A GARBAGE SELLER.

If I could give 0 Stars I would.

First of all the item was delivered late.

I purchased some plastic edging from this company, upon opening the packet it was tightly coiled and broke into about four pieces when uncoiled.

I opened a return, they sent me a returns label however I had to pay the return postage of £9.99. Their return policy stated a full refund of postage costs would be made for defective items.

They only refunded the original £22 for the item, when I queried when they would be refunding the remaining £9.99 I received a reply stating their policy was to refund for the item only, without any further explanation.

Totally unacceptable that a company expects you to return faulty products at your expense. Avoid at all costs.

I was looking for bark to put down as a base and a cover for our son's new trampoline. I came across GT prospect and spoke to a really nice & polite lady, who was most helpful in choosing items and also offered a bulk discount. My order was processed straight away and was dispatched and out for delivery the next day. The items were delivered on the day scheduled, and all items nicely packaged and exactly as i ordered. I am thoroughly pleased with the high level of service i received. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to buy from in the future.

Took a while to get fence in to stock which is understandable it was a fast delivery and the panels were real good quality. communication was difficult but we got there in the end didn't always get a reply to my questions
