You're right to be angry. You paid, and you have neither the racquet nor your money back, and nobody answered you. That's on us. Please WhatsApp your order number to +91 99428 21584 (a person answers) and we'll tell you exactly where it stands: a tracking number if it can ship, or the full refund you're owed. We can't give a refund date today and won't invent one. A refund is done only when you hold the bank reference. If your bank dispute settles first, tell us so nothing is paid twice. — KIBI Sports

You're right that we didn't reply, and the silence is the worst part of it. Answering you was our job and we failed at it. Please WhatsApp your order number to +91 99428 21584 (a person answers) and we'll tell you exactly where it stands: a tracking number if it can ship, or the full refund you're owed. You paid Rs 16,625 and got no racquet, no refund and no reply. That's indefensible and we're sorry. I had a very disappointing experience with Kibi Sports. I paid a substantial advance amount after being assured that my bowling machine would be dispatched within the promised timeline. However, even after repeated follow-ups, the product was not dispatched on time. The biggest issue was the lack of communication—calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails were either ignored or received no meaningful response.

As a customer, I expected transparency and regular updates, but instead I had to chase the company for information. Due to the non-delivery and poor customer service, I was left with no option but to initiate a credit card chargeback and file consumer complaints.

You paid a large advance and then had to chase us for information that should have come to you unasked. That's on us. If your chargeback has already returned the money, tell us and we'll close it on our side. If it hasn't, please WhatsApp your order number to +91 99428 21584 (a person answers) and we'll tell you exactly where it stands: a tracking number if it can ship, or the full refund you're owed. The delivery process is one of the worst I've experienced. Once an order is placed, there's absolutely no clarity on when, how, or even who will deliver the product. The lack of communication and tracking makes it feel uncertain whether the order will be delivered at all. Keeping my fingers crossed that it actually arrives.

I wanted to give 0 but no option left

I wanted to give 0 but no option left. I placed an order for chain lube on 13 March, until now no update . I tried to reach out multiple people via phone , msg , WhatsApp . No response

They don’t bother to even apologise for not shipping the product nor wanted to give refund ! Worst customer service .. I will highly recommend to dodge this company and shop in Amazon or Flipkart or Meesho

Our records show your chain lube order was cancelled and the ₹350 refunded to your original payment method via Razorpay on 4 April, four days before your review, so it may not have reached you when you wrote this. We should have told you, not left you to find out. If it isn't in your account, WhatsApp +91 99428 21584 (a person answers) and we'll trace it with Razorpay. — KIBI Sports
