From start to finish.

Exceptional customer service, great prices and solid advice. Im over a hour away from these guys and I still choose to use them vs others locally.

Just bought my new submersible and all associated parts for a full refresh to my 20+ year old system. Couldn't be happier.

Reasonably priced!

The pump I bought was reasonably priced and came with free delivery. I'm quite pleased with my online buy. The product was well-packaged and came with complete installation instruction

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service. Got told that they were not interested in my work due to the fact that I was obtaining quotes from other companies and "go work with them as I've got plenty of work" absolutely horrific experience and attitude by the staff.

Took a week longer in transport than it…

Took a week longer in transport than it should've . Transport tracking had it sitting in Brisbane untill I asked why it had not been delivered
