Delivery terrible, customer service appalling, special mention for the online chat who took 15+ minutes to even find the order. Apparently in the 3/5 days normal delivery the operative word is normally. No responsibility taken for delivery taking longer, thatâs just the way it is.
These AirPod skins are horrible they have got a terrible fit and I hope this shop closes down. Disgraceful
Issue after issue with these, wrong items delivered, multiple times, waiting 3 weeks for a return; still hasnt arrived. when they get the order right its fine. Terrible customer service its the worst shop I have ever brought from really is.

Ordered a personalised shirt online on 10th December, it arrived 22nd (due to postal strikes) with no personalisation. Sent two emails, no response to either. Rung and spoke to James, requested another one to be sent and I would send the incorrect one back. Said he would speak to a manager and call back. No call back. Rung again for an update, no manager around, James said he would call back. No call back. Got to Xmas eve was tired of waiting for a call back so ordered another shirt with personalisation. Spoke to James, again after Xmas and told him I would return the incorrect shirt and James said they would issue a full refund including postage. Sent shirt back with a letter of complaint addressed to manager. Not a word from the manager. New shirt arrived a week later (2 weeks after ordering), was correct this time. Then received email to say refund would be issued less £9.40 postage. Rung and spoke to Serena (I think) and asked why I was being penalised of my full refund for their mistake. Asked to speak to a manager, no manager there, surprise surprise. She said full refund was being issued and that the company who the refund goes through wasnât very good as her system showed a full refund was being done. Guess what! Received refund less the £9.40 postage. Now have to call them again and there will no doubt be no manager available. Also, Iâm now down £25 making phone calls to their only number which is an 0871 number. Will never order from them again.
The shipment to Spain took almost three weeks but everything was fine.

Ordered a hoody on the 5th Dec for my son for xmas, saying it was in stock so paid via the net then 7 days later had a refund then an email saying out of stock on the 12th? So it took them a week to tell me its out of stock what a joke of a company. You will never have any money of me again.
I wish I could record a minus score, the customer service provide is nothing more then beyond second rate! I purchased a 2022 away top for my sons birthday at beginning of September which was faulty on arrival, itâs now the 20th of October and I still donât have a refund after multiple emails. Visited city centre store to buy a shirt for my nephews birthday. I couldn't see the size I needed on display. Staff were very helpful in finding what I needed.

Bought my daughter a bobble hat. The stitching was shocking and the bobble fell off and I've just been ignored when I've tried complain.

Ordered x2 jacket on the 29/12/21 finally received the jacket on 10/1/22 after paying for delivery for it to arrive quicker.
Opened the package to find the jackets Iâve ordered are completely different to what I wanted not even remotely the same. Starts to email them sometimes I got reply other times I didnât. Finally gets sorted and reassured I will receive the next product correct.
My next delivery comes and to my surprise they have sent me the wrong jacket yet again!
This time I decided to call them and the awful person on the end of the phone was no help what so ever. Heâs was just had backwards has the people picking and sending the items out. And to make me laugh even more the jacket they keep sending me isnât even online so how am receiving that jacket is beyond me. Such a big thank you for the generous gentleman that helped us on Saturday night 6/11/21. We travelled from Stoke-on-Trent to Leeds to watch our first concert since covid, my wife had bought a jumper from Stoke and not realised it still had the security tag on it , and thanks to the generosity of the gentleman at the store he removed the tag for a rather distressed wife ,we went on to have a most fantastic night thanks to him
Ordered my son the Home goalkeeper kit which this season is blue. The blue socks and blue shorts arrived as ordered but NOT the blue top but the ORANGE one! I double checked the order to make sure Iâd not made a mistake and accidentally ordered the orange one but I hadnât and Iâd definitely ordered the blue one. By the time the items had arrived which was 2 weeks after I ordered there were no more blue goalie shirts left. I was devastated for my son as it was his Christmas present. I wrote to the club requesting a gesture of goodwill due to them messing up and not being able to rectify their mistake but nothing. Their customer service is atrocious they donât give a damn about the fans just making money. They should seriously give their online packing staff some extra training as who sends an orange goalie top with blue socks and blue shorts when the order invoice clearly states blue home goalkeeper shirt.
Sent incorrect items and just ignore all emails trying to get resolved. Clearly they donât care as they donât seem to have responded to any of the negative reviews on here. Really poor behaviour!

What a horror story. I ordered a lufc top with players name and numbers on reverse for my 14 year old's birthday. It cost over £75. When it arrived, the lettering was damaged. I phoned up and they asked me to take photos of the damage. Then they said i need to return the item at my own cost. I have asked for a refund of postage and still having issues now. I have sent loads of emails and done exactly what they have asked and still no further forward and my son does not have a birthday present. The customer service is SHOCKING!!!!!! If you order from here then I hope that your order arrives in pristine condition as you will be out of pocket for a very long time if not.
