I ordered on the Friday and the next delivery date was the Tuesday. Although the product was collected by the courier on the Monday they did not deliver it until the Wednesday. Losing a day when sending fresh food is not ideal, even when it can be frozen.

I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received from Reggie at Lina Stores was so exceptional that I felt it deserved recognition.

For my birthday this year (and last year!), my colleagues kindly gave me a £100 Lina Stores gift voucher because they know how much I love your selection of Italian food and wine – especially the Caiaffa Fiano from Puglia, which is one of my absolute favourite white wines.

When I went online to place my order, I was really disappointed to see it was out of stock. I contacted the live chat to ask when it might be back, and although I was told it wouldn't be available for another month or so, I mentioned how disappointed I was and explained why I was looking for it.

Rather than leaving it there, Reggie went above and beyond. He took the time to search other stores and somehow managed to track down the very last three bottles for me. That level of care, initiative and customer service is incredibly rare these days.

The wine itself is fantastic, but it's people like Reggie who make customers want to keep coming back. He genuinely made my birthday, and I can't thank him enough.

Lina Stores should be incredibly proud to have someone like Reggie representing the business. Five stars aren't enough!

The dry goods were fantastic, but unfortunately the fresh good were ruined as it took so long to get here. I'll continue to shop here , but not for fresh foods

Really, really delicious food, as good as it is eating in their restaurants. Not only that, it’s backed by the best customer service I’ve experienced from any brand (restaurant or otherwise). Can’t recommend highly enough - for yourself or as a gift.

I loved shopping online, it was an easy process and lots of wonderful products to select.
I did have an issue with the delivery of my parcel so I contacted customer services to help with this. Paolo was a fantastic support and helped sort this matter efficiently and professionally, which was greatly appreciated.

Great cheeses and it was so easy to order.
I accidentally ordered double the amount and one of the workers contacted me to clarify this.

Good service; excellent products

Bought a home pasta kit and the baci brownie. Lots of pasta - probably 3 nights worth for 2 adults. Delicious pasta and sauce. But the brownie is the one to write home about - absolutely delicious!!!

The perfect new home gift for my son and his partner. The hamper was so thoughtfully curated and, after a busy day of moving in, it had everything they needed. My son’s partner is called Lina too so it literally had her name on it.

Decision-critical information is not provided at the decision point, i.e., that it can take weeks before they even ship your order, and that the order does not come tariff pre-paid. In this last case, the information is available pre-purchase, but in the fine print 3 clicks from the product page. In my experience most retailers, particularly high-end ones, are at this point pricing merchandise with tariffs included. There's no excuse for not clearly indicating the situation on the product page.

I've become a regular customer of Lina Stores over the last 18 months. Can't fault the service or quality of their products. Well done everyone at Lina!

Sadly the pasta dishes we ordered were rather bland, not what we expected.

Bought ingredients to make traditional carbonara……guanciale and pecorino 😍👌 it was the best carbonara I’ve ever tasted! We also bought the rosemary focaccia which was superb ❤️ then the Italian artisanal sausages for a broccoli and sausage pasta dish which was amazing again 🤤 altogether a fantastic experience 🙏👌

Arrived on time and wrapped perfectly …, I will definitely order again
