Very quick to answer questions about specifications, very simple ordering process and very rapid delivery. I will certainly go to them for any future computer needs.

The initial laptop arrived within 48 hrs, so very quick from order. Unfortunately there were a few issues, however they were very quick to send postage labels and accept the item back to look at, all at no cost to myself which was very good. There were a few delays in return the item back to me but is now on route. Through out process they have always been very helpful but their communications are not as proactive as I would like and I felt that I had to push them for answers. This is something they have room to improve on, keeping the customer informed in good time. After a few weeks of back and forth comms the laptop arrived back in very good condition with issues rectified. Just need to improve those updates.

Excellent company with excellent customer service. Running a company myself I understand how stressful it can be, but I received excellent customer service with amazing results and instant replies. I ordered a Microsoft Surface Laptop and it has arrived in excellent condition for a refurbished laptop. I can see some minor things wrong with the laptop but that's why its refurbished and not marked as new! And for refurbished this laptop is amazing!

Poor quality scraped and ready for disposal rather than sale

I ordered a refurbished Lenovo Thinkpad E16 gen 2. It arrived sooner than I expected very securely packaged.
When I opened it I wondered if I'd been sent a brand new one by mistake. It was (and is) immaculate. Absolutely no problems with it at all. And at a price less than I could find anywhere else.
I wholeheartedly recommend Lizard Tech.

Lizard Computing (Rob Beadle) supply all our computers for our letting agency, also they supply excellent top quality support and have done so for many years now.
Rob is very knowledgeable when it come to any type of problem we have with computing and is very quick to give us support when we have had a problem.
Lizard Computing is easily the best company we have ever used.

I ordered 2 laptops through black market.
The first had a faulty keyboard and an account already on the device. Refund process was quick and easy.
The second had a faulty HDMI port. They offered both a full refund or repair, and even agreed to a partial refund to cover the cost of a type C to HDMI converter. I requested this because despite the issue the price of the laptop was a very good deal for the quality of laptop and processor and I wanted to keep the laptop.
Despite the issues I still had a good experience, Daryl was really helpful and went the extra mile to sort out the issues. Excellent customer service.

Delivery of the Macbook Air was super fast and laptop was very well packaged. The computer is also better than the description, in terms of what C3 is, and it works perfectly. The price was very reasonable in my view. And a lady friend who last year bought a similar Mac laptop from Lizard Tech at my suggestion was and remains delighted with her purchase.
