I understand that you were advised before ordering that our delivery timescale was within 48 hours and our cut off was 2pm for orders to be despatched the same day. As explained to you over the telephone your order was placed at 14.26 on the 1st so would not be despatched that day - it was despatched on the 2nd and was delivered to you on the 3rd - so it was delivered next day to you and well within our advised delivery time frame of 48 hours.

Iâve used them before and no problem at all. Overall theyâre a good company however when I rang about my latest order, the woman on the phone had a MAJOR attitude problem! How someone can work speaking to customers and be that rude is beyond me. Sheâs an embarrassment to the company. Such a shame
