My parcel was delivered to totally the wrong address,
Whilst the Logistics shop dealt with my enquiry of non delivery well , I had to track it down and recover the parcels.
Whilst this was a DPD drivers error and not Logistics UK it still left me wondering if I would use them again

No option to cancel or amend order
Very quick delivery which is good, but when we realised we had ordered the wrong thing (within 30 mins of ordering) we were told the order could not be cancelled or changed. when it was delivered the delivery driver wouldnt accept the return. We had to send it back via post office which has cost us £10. I think it would be beneficial for customers to be able to cancel or amend their orders.

Unfortunately our opening hours are 9am 5pm and no one would have been available in the Shop to answer your query until Monday - the email was replied to on Monday 9th advising our returns procedure. I can confirm that the item has now been received back to us on the 12th September and a card refund request has been placed with our accounts department - your card refund should be with you within the statutory three to five working days.
