Been a buyer since the the late 80s. Great pants in the past. Nice double clean stitching. They where made here in the USA. Then made in mexico. Still great pad n stitching. Now their made in China. The pad is cheap n the stitching is a zigzag . On a long 2 hr + ride they start to grind your skin because of the pads stitching. The zigzag scrapes the skin when sweaty. The pad wrinkles n doesn't support the seat. Why they did this is beyond my understanding. Stoped buying them since that n now use other sellers . Like bonrager. They are great but I miss the old pearlrzumi. So sad.

I have had pearl Izumi clothing in the past which actually fit. I'm an M so I ordered a new jacket in size M and was very pleased with the fit and quality. I also ordered cycling shoes and this is where things went down hill rapidly! My shoe size is usually between 43/44 European so to be on the safe side I ordered 44. Unfortunately the shoe designer previously designed shoes for Hobbits or winkle pickers for Teddy boys!! They are absolutely unwearable!

Purchased $258 worth of their products, used their size guide and yet everything was very small. I cycle and know how to order gear. I even own other Peal Izumi. Maybe these were factory seconds they were trying to get rid of. Sent an email day after receiving nicely asking to him get correct sizes. No reply at all. Emailed again, they replied after the 30-day exchange period ended and told me I couldn't exchange and offered no way to correct issue. Absolutely horrible customer service for a company who pretends to be a luxury brand. Never buying their products again.

I would give zero stars if I could.

Exactly a month ago I ordered a pair of Shimano MTB shoes from Tredz and because I love(d) Izumi Pearl products so much I also ordered a pair of Summits from Izumi. I was fairly sure that the Summits would be my choice but ONE MONTH later I have still not got the shoes!

Tredz delivered the first pair within 2 days and they were a bit too small so I exchanged them for a larger size and got those within just a few days but was still left waiting for the Izumi's. One excuse after another, no apology, all UPS's fault, etc. And then they promises to send a new pair which never happened, the delivery never even started. I have now asked for my money back and an apology and even expected compensation for the faff because I gave away my old shoes so I've had a month of no MTB shoes!

Yesterday I finally sent a very angry email to Izumi and this morning I got an email saying they'll refund the money. No apology or any interest in compensation. Thus I will never buy Izumi again and would strongly recommend not buying from them if you actually want to get your order. Tredz was professional, slick and quick.

I am very sad to write this because it is the end of an era of using and liking Izumi products.

My original size is 42. I ordered size 43 to be sure it fits to me. I was surprised, their size 43 is too small! And there is no return option at all.
UPD I was allowed for the return

Ich würde gerne zwei Artikel retournieren, weil sie nicht der Beschreibung entsprechen. Leider bleibt jeder Kontakt zu Pearl Izumi unbeantwortet. Das über die Webside angebotene Retourenverfahren kann ich nicht nutzen, da ich dafür alles im Originalkarton und unbenutzt zurück schicken müsste. Bei Handschuhen, die ich logischerweise ausprobieren muss, nicht möglich.

I ordered the Pro Insulated jacket. I had two of these that were purchased approx. 10 and 3 years ago. This version had no insulation on the back inside, unlike the others that were fully insulated (as the name would suggest). Also the lack of insulation causes the jacket to make a terrible switch with every movement. I bought with a 30% discount so I was told there was nothing they could do, no returns. I am done with this company.

ABER: Sehr umständlicher Retourenablauf

UND: Bei mittlerweile zwei von zwei Retourenpaketen gingen Artikel „verloren“ und wurden nicht gutgeschrieben.

Hier hebt sich die Reduzierung dann wieder auf. Ich werde nicht noch einmal dort bestellen.

Eerste keer dat ik hier wat bestel.
Correcte communicatie en snelle levering. Product kwam netjes verpakt aan. Verder geen ervaring met extra service.

Wrong shoe sizing.
I wear a 7.5 US, I ordered 7.75, it was tight, so i called for an exchange.( They run more than 1/2 size small). I did this in 1 day.
They refused to exchange calling it final sale.
All i did was ask for an exchange for a brand new shoe

I bought a pair of cycling shoes but one of the "nuts" in the shoe (which you can access) stripped whilst fitting the cleats. I have written 3 emails to their 'contact us' service asking for help but have not had a reply. I am appalled at their customer service. At the present time I have wasted 154,28 EUR on PEARL iZUMi Men's Tri Fly ELITE v6 Carbon triathlon cycling shoes.
