Can you tell me when my order will be shipped ? Its already been 4 days and yet it is not dispatched I am very disappointed by the service as I was told it would take 5-7 to deliver the product. I have mailed your support team and haven't got any reply.

Item page says shipping fee: $0.00 By Logistics to United Kingdom (for $3.75 item), so I create an account to buy it then get charged $8.93 for shipping - the item page still says $0.00. It feels like I have been lured into a trap - over twice the cost of item for shipping.

Plus - no way to delete account or edit e-mail address and when I try to opt out of e-mails, three boxes persistently recheck themselves preventing me from opting out.

[edit] REWA contacted me and tried to demonstrate with screenshots (presumably taken with a Hong Kong IP address) and some indignance that their website did not offer free shipping to the UK and that I was wrong. I responded with a screenshot taken in the UK which proved them wrong. They eventually admitted that there was an error on their website which has since been corrected.

There is still no way to delete an account nor unsubscribe to all e-mails but they have manually deleted my account.

The whole thing was a bit of an annoying inconvenience so I can only give three stars.

They have high quality products and their prices are very competitive. I've purchased several iPhone screens and batteries from them and I've had zero problems. Even if shipping fees to Spain are not cheap, they are totally worth it!

I had some problems with the screen I ordered. Wrote the Support team and they responded quickly and competently. They asked the right questions to diagnose the problem and sent out a new one free of charge with Fedex Express shipping (Took only 4 days from China to Europe). It was no problem that the order was almost 6 months ago. I will buy again there next time.

Order No: 030820285888701421, 021705581040600741- SUGON T3602 not working and over 1 month no answers for e-mails. We sent e-mails to service(at)rewa.tech and to sales and to salesman. Still no answers.

I have placed an order on 10th of October. After successful payment, I saw in my order details the status "order placed". This status has not changed until today.
As I needed to cancel the order, I have sent an email to Rewa on 13th of October. I did not receive any reply and the status has not changed in order details until 18th of October.

Update:
Rewa has now contacted me via WhatsApp & Email and the order was successfully cancelled.

i purchased a the laser machine from the REWA shop and i have never been so satisfied with a supplier for my repair shop, the laser machine is a delight to use not only for back glass separation but also custom engraving, machines are top quality, and everything i receive is always in working order. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful with questions long after my orders have been placed. Keep it up REWA team

I ordered a laser machine a year ago. Had a small problem with the on/off switch and they Solved the problem real quick by sending me a new part. Bonnie is the best customer service ever, she keeps track with you on your business, also recommend some other inventory that they have.
Very good job.

I ordered the i2c battery copy device and it works great. It was easy to use and it really added more value to my repair shop! REWA products are simply top notch!
