Very responsive, but sadly do not have the item that their system said they had, and allowed me to order and pay for.

James was recommended from Facebook as I was looking for additional Fox ECS2900 v2 batteries, after pleasant chat, the very next day they were on my doorstep. what fantastic service from James at Sun-Volt.

Saw some cheap panels advertised on Facebook and approached them to ask if they could arrange a delivery as I didn't have a vehicle big enough to collect them. They were very happy to help sort something out and two new JA Solar panels arrived at my door next day.

I discovered SunVolt on the FoxESS owners facebook group, I needed to add 3 more solar batteries to my existing 2 batteries. SunVolt had the best quote I could find for my batteries online so I contacted James about my needs. I ordered 3 x FoxESS Mira HV25 batteries over the weekend, James added the required brackets for free; the brackets arrived on Tuesday and the batteries were delivered to my door by Friday. I realised I needed longer cables for the installation and SunVolt had the cheapest quote for the cables I needed. I contacted James again and he ensured I received the cables by Tuesday. I completed my installation and everything worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my transaction and customer service experience with SunVolt and I will not bother shopping around for my next purchase.

I had a price for an additional battery from my original solar system provider but the quote from Sun Volt was almost two for the price of one. Ordered late Friday afternoon and arrived Tuesday morning. I did receive a spurious message from my bank when making the payment so if you receive the same don't worry - they are just being overcautious about internet shops at the moment, Sun Volt are very real, very good and certainly aren't a scammer!!

Top Service, ordered 2 FoxESS V2900 batteries on Friday afternoon at a great price and they were delivered the next Wednesday, even phoned me up when the courier couldn't find my house, and sorted him out for me, Top Job will defiantly order again.

I’m fairly new to solar power and battery usage, but came across James and sun volt on the Foxess owners fb group. They were selling batteries compatible with mine at a great price. Had some great conversations with James, no pressure at all. Got great advice and support from him. Went ahead with the purchase and everything was great. Battery and accessories delivered promptly and professionally and follow up with James whenever needed. Genuine company selling first rate products at fantastic prices. No hidden extras and great advice.

Bought a Mira HV25 battery recently form Sun Volt. Best price I could find and the service was excellent with palleted delivery in only a few days with great communication from James at Sun Volt, Brackets were included which is a bonus. Very satisfied.
