Not because it’s good but because it manages to be both unhelpful, rude and dismissive all at the same time.
I noticed an issue with the delivery address within minutes of placing my order and contacted them immediately to have it corrected. Unfortunately no one dealt with it because the relevant person was on annual leave, so the order was sent out anyway!

The parcel was then marked as “delivered”, despite the fact that I never received it.

Customer service’s solution?
Refuse a refund and tell the customer it’s their problem.

For the sake of £20 they’ve managed to lose a customer permanently.

If you enjoy paying for products you’ll never receive and being told that’s perfectly reasonable, this is definitely the company for you.

Absolutely pathetic. Having placed an order and realising it was a mixture of two addresses I contacted Tea India immediately to amend the address before shipping out. No one has bothered to contact me (happy to take your money though!) Anyways have an email from Evri (they can't change the address without retailer managing it) Evri wont have much luck delivering as the address in none existent. Great customer service tea India! I think I will need to find an alternative supplier for my Masala tea.

They show free shipping on their website for orders over $15, but they are tacking on a $3 "shipping surcharge". That is sneaky to call it free shipping when it is not, and I refuse to do business with sneaky companies. They could easily say "orders over $15 only $3 shipping".

2 tea bags in each packet sewn into foil bag. So lost from each buy. Emailed company weeks ago… no reply. So much for customer service.

I placed an order with Tea India having had a packet of both their Masala & Cardamom Chai's from a supermarket, ages ago.

There have so many unusual teas to try, I choose 1 x Masala, 1x Cardamom and 2 x Coconut which is so divine, I had it black without milk just to savor the taste and aroma, but like all chai's, they're even better with milk.

I received my order within 3 days, with a lovely Tea Caddy as a gift and FREE postage so I'm delighted and can highly recommend Tea India for gifts or for any chai lovers.
