Total Scam — Still No Delivery After Months!
I ordered from Cactus Jack Store months ago, and never received a thing. They keep lying that the package was shipped, but I have official proof from DHL and the local delivery company that they never received any package from them — meaning it was never actually sent.
Their customer service ignores emails, gives fake tracking updates, and takes zero responsibility. Just look at their Instagram and Trustpilot pages — hundreds of people are going through the same thing.
I’ve already reported this company to the BBB, FTC, Competition Bureau of Canada, Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre,and Trustpilot itself. This is one of the worst and most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with.
Avoid this store at all costs!

Terrible experience with this store.
The waiting time to receive my order was far longer than what was promised. Prices are extremely high for the quality provided, and they add hidden fees/taxes duplicate customs duties, that are not clearly explained at checkout. Customer service is practically non-existent: they don’t reply to emails, they don’t offer solutions, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Honestly, this is the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend anyone to buy here.

I bought the FC Barcelona merch from the website on may 12th 2025. Currently it is september 25th and i still didn’t receive it! Horrendous situation. The package should have been sent on the 4th september but all of a sudden I can’t see the tracking information anymore and DHL can’t find my package. So surely this has been a scam right? The customer service is also really bad and unhelpful… Hoping now that i can at least get my money back, because this is plain robbery.

Experience 0. Bought 4 items, paid $200+ and nothing has been delivered. It’s been more than 4 months support saying they have delays.

FC Barca jersey has not arrived yet. It has been past 12 weeks already. And still no updates regarding my order. No response by their support team either.

Shocking Service - possibly a scam?????

I made an order on May 11th (during the televised 2nd El Classico game on the official Travis Scott store (CactusJack.com) Travis Scott hot massive publicity as did his products - inc the front of shirt sponsorship deal with FC Barca - due to his / club's commercial partnership with Spotify) .

I purchased 3x Travis Scott x FC Barcelona shirts - total spend $560, with a shipping time of 10-12weeks (disgustingly long lead time) and its been over 12 weeks — I’ve received no tracking number, no shipping update, no email or SMS from Travis Scott or DHL, and no response to 2 contact attempts with customer service.

This is a disgrace - but from reviews i see online appears to be standard practice with Travis Scott "official store" - its completely unacceptable.

Where are my orders? Wheres my cash? Where's my customer protections?

I bought in good faith, but there is no follow up from the Travis Scott side to date.......

I do not recommend shopping at this store to anyone.

This is honestly terrible.

I placed an order on May 12 on the official Travis Scott store (CactusJack.com). I bought the Travis Scott x FC Barcelona jersey, and it’s now been almost 3 months — I’ve received no tracking number, no shipping update, no email or SMS from DHL, and no response from customer service.

Recently, I found a paper notice from the Polish Post in my physical mailbox saying I had a package that was returned because it wasn’t picked up. But I had no idea anything was coming — because I was never informed.

This is completely unacceptable. The store ignores messages, I didn’t receive my order, and my money is basically gone.

I do not recommend shopping at this store to anyone.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced.
I order a T-shirt as a present. On the website, they said shipped in 1 week. In my head, 7 business days, are not a problem (Shipping is not free). So after 2 weeks, they didn't ship it, so I wrote them an email, to ask when approximately they will ship it as it is a present I want to send to Europe and need to plan everything. They ignored me. After 2 more weeks, and a few more emails, they finally answered me that they shipped it, but the tracking number said “label is created” The item had not shipped. So I waited 2 weeks more after the “label was created” and still, nothing. I wrote them an email that I wanted to cancel the order due to all these issues with what they told me “We are sorry to see this happened. We have issued a replacement order for you. Here is your invoice number #. Please reach out in 2 business days for a tracking number. Thank you!” so before that they didn't see the issue, for 2 weeks?! And now they are telling me they are not making refunds, the sales are final.
My item wasn't even shipped after 2 months, while they promised shipping after a week.
Never ever again will order from them! And wish I freed Rewies before buying!

Bruttissima esperienza. Ho ordinato dei prodotti per 325 € , ovviamente con pagamento Bitcoin e ora mi dice che la ditta di spedizione vuole altri 200$ per L’assicurazione . Chi mi sa dire se è possibile recuperare questi soldi ? Grazie

What a scam! I ordered the utopia merch pack B2 tee.
The quality is bad and the sizing is absolutely horrible!!!
So I paid 75dollars and then you have to pay the custom when it arrive, 12e more.
A tee I can make myself for 15e…

ORDER #TSRM1350008 IF you have ever ordered from here you know mostly it’s about 2-4 month wait for most items. But the quality is TOP NOTCH! I knew I had to wait and still purchased! My son loves the items!
