The experience was generally very good, but communication re my steering rack being prepared was limited and took longer than expected.

Rang to check that I was ordering the correct steering rack for my vehicle and the phone operator was very helpful, sending me a link to the relevant one.

Quick reply’s helpful service strong box packaging looks nice not fitted yet but looks new even came with new track rod ends which I didn’t expect as never sent old ones
Defo use them again as effortless service helps every stage of the process if I was closer I’d taken the car their

Good rack but sent with Volvo track rods for a Freelander2! Was told it had happened before and got sorted after a few days with correct rods sent which I had to fit myself…. I’d suggest implementing some quality checks to prevent recurrence.

Bought a power steering motor for a Corsa D after the old one finally failed.

The motor that arrived was supposedly second hand / refurbished, but looked almost brand new as it was so clean. Fitting was easy and it worked perfectly.

Think the old one hadn’t been working properly for years as this feels like driving a different car. Steering is so light and accurate.

Packaged old one up in crate provided, phoned Western up and DPD arrived the next day.
