Birthday Order
When an item I ordered was out of stock all efforts were made to contact me. I was able to substitute a similar item which was meaningful because I was sending a gift.

Great Store I Wish I Lived Closer!
This is a great store (I wish I lived near the brick and mortar store). It has an amazing selection of pretty unique and eclectic items. And when it arrives, it's like Christmas... everything is carefully and thoughtfully wrapped with lots of personal touches.
This isn't shopping... it's an adventure experience!
