Failed to deliver the order and impossible to contact. Place an order 2 weeks ago. I got confirmation that the order has been placed and money was deducted from my account. Since then, I have not heard from them. I’ve sent emails and used the chat function on their website. Both have been met with silence!

I ordered grass trimmer on weekend but didn't receive a confirmation of order or invoice of payment, looked up online all sorts of stuff that it is a scam so freaked out and emailed them and then found in my spam where I never look at! Declan emailed twice about order, asking for order number. It arrived today and only took a week, pretty good I reckon, the only complaint was the instructions aren't very good. I haven't put it together yet and tried so hope it lasts.

Out of stock. Promised refund not forthcoming despite three emails from ShopAustralia saying refund was being processed. Absolute scam.

They have messed me around for months and refuse to send product stating it is “out of stock” but is continually advertised online as in stock.
DO NOT buy from them. Absolute scam.

No stars-SCAM website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They do not deliver your purchases. If you enquire, you get email replies that state stock issues & offer options/refunds, but it’s all fake.

Order a solar garden feature in December, was told out of stock but still nothing. I too should have read the reviews before ordering. Dont buy from this company.

IT'S A SCAM. Do not buy anything. They take your money and tell you there is a 2 week wait. They offer to refund your money but don't. IT'S A SCAM

Ordered a chair 4 months ago and still waiting. Same story as every other customer, the chair was out of stock even though it was available to purchase. The chair would be delayed 2 weeks and it still hasn’t arrived. When I requested a refund, guess what now they have banking issue's and I’m still waiting. Do NOT purchase anything from these clowns..There is nothing resembling Australian about this company….

I ordered my item based on the information which was made available to me on their website at the time. Simply, "in stock arrives in 2-3 business days". Well, that was about a month ago. Delays in receiving the stock they say. 2-3 weeks they say. When I touch ed base again in 2-3 weeks, it's yet another 2-3 weeks. If they don't give me the refund immediately, I will take this to the ombudsmen. So much for planning ahead for Christmas with these guys. My kids will be so disappointed. Don't even think about it shoppers. Stay away! Unethical business.

I ordered a pool cover a month ago. Have not received and no email saying when it will be delivered. I have emailed twice for an update. Wish I had read google reviews prior. One review says they would rather eat a bowl of crap rather than buy anything from this site, based on their response, I have to agree. There goes my $150. WEBSITE SOUNDS GOOD WITH AUSTRALIA IN THE HEADING, WEBSITE LOOKS FANCY, ALL BOGUS RUBBISH. DONT BUY FROM SHOP AUSTRALIA. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT IS FAKE!
