I have had all positive experiences from shopping.
The games and surveys have been not so great. Most surveys are longer than they say, a lot I cant do as you have to drag a number into a box, fir me on my phone it just refreshes the page.
Several times ive had to contact help staff in games as my reward isn't credited.
But overall it's pretty good

Easy to use and earn. Tracking is quick but confirming takes very long. Travel and booking flights apps don't let you earn on flights, at least most of them. Can earn on activities, tours events etc not on flights which is the more expensive one. But I suppose they are smart that way.

Great app easy to use get good discounts

Have tried to purchase through shop back and it wouldn’t process the confirmation of purchase page yet deducted from my bank account twice. I then when to order the products again when I realised my order hadn’t gone through (I had to check with Kmart directly) and then I missed out on the items I wanted as they were out of stock

It’s very easy to use. The daily deals are great too.

I use it to make purchases that I would make anyway so it's not spending more money than I would. I get regular prompts about special shop back rates coming up.
