Really disappointed with the hat I got. I feel like they have false advertisement. Almost all of their hats have the charm and pin/clips on them in the photos, yet those are not included. Yes there is a sentence in the description that says they aren’t included but I feel like that shouldn’t be the main photo for every single hat on the site. It’s very misleading. Got the hat as a gift for someone and I’m really disappointed I can’t even order the accessories to arrive in time. That was the only reason I ordered this hat because I thought they came like that.

purchased a week & a half ago, shipping was delayed a week, received the item only for the chain and brim items/decals to not be in the package at all, disappointed as it being as different as it is was looking forward to it as a gift

Realmente me ha gustado la colaboración que han hecho con Rancho Humilde, he pedido desde españa y claro, sus productos son de EEUU, el envio me ha costado un riñón y, los impuestos y aranceles parte del otro, pero sin duda no dejaria de comprar allí, si tuviesen alguna tienda acá en españa seria lo mejor, tienen buena calidad, eso sí los envíos tardan un montón, me ha tardado como 1 mes en llegar.

Spent $84.26 on two ball caps. Paid additional for upgraded shipping. Caps never arrived. Shopcapcity say they're not responsible and it's up to me to sort it out. They use bottom tier postal service and don't care if you get your product or not. Very scammy. Many review across the net mention similar issues of not receiving items. They just create a shipping label and that's it they never ship anything. They Can't describe dimensions of parcel or any detail to assist you when that tell you to so all the foot work. No possible way that two aframe 9fiftys where delivered into a mailbox.

Company refused to provide a refund for my order despite being unable to fulfill my order in full because of a defective item. When I challenged this, they presented me with a generic and vague policy that isn't even relevant to my situation.
