It was bad experience

It was bad experience. I ordered a dress which was damaged but no support from the customer care. It's better to pay extra nd get dress from genuine site.
I would suggest, please write '2 days return' on the page. It's misleading if it's written '14 day easy returns'. To avoid unnecessary confusion.

As a marketplace that works with independent Indian brands and boutiques, we follow a structured return and refund policy to ensure fairness for both customers and sellers. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we request that a return or complaint be raised within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to take immediate action and process the issue smoothly.

Once a return request is raised within this window, our team works on resolving it within 14 days, including pickup and refund processing. Refunds are issued after the returned item is successfully picked up.

We also want to share that payments to brands are processed after the initial 48-hour window to support small businesses in maintaining their operations.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback, it helps us improve our processes and support better experiences going forward.

I tried shopping on Shopdibz recently and honestly it was a good experience. The process was simple and I did not face any issues while ordering. Everything felt smooth and straightforward.

My order came on time and the product was as expected. Nothing over the top, just a clean and reliable experience which is what we actually want while shopping online.

Overall I am satisfied and I will definitely use Shopdibz again. Good platform and trustworthy service.

Purchased Bia skincare soap. The soap lathers well without drying out, leaving skin feeling soft and refreshed. Its natural fragrance is subtle and pleasant, making it suitable for everyday use. A good choice if you prefer artisanal, chemical-free body care.
