I ordered a Keycool 84 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard in April from this Shop. Unfortunately it took way too long due to the pandemic. And also it was not exactly what I wanted. I emailed the shop owner and it turned out that he had sent me a keyboard more valuable than what I wanted. And he said that I can keep it as gift, because they hadn’t had the exact item I wanted.
And because of this gesture I gave the shop 5 stars. Because the way I see it he tried his best to make us customers happy.
