I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size shirt. I contacted support immediately after I sent in my order, asking to correct the size. I was contacted very promptly, by Erich, who informed me he had changed the size on the order. Great service.

I needed to return two of four t-shirts. I requested a link to a return label and it was handled quickly, professionally and exceeded my expectations! Great job!

I have purchased several items for my wife from Free Spirited. Each one of the items has fit perfectly, and, most importantly, my wife loves them and wears them all the time. That is fantastic!!

HAD SOME ORDER PROBLEMS- emailed customer service, had a very polite "chat" , had the problem settled within @3 hrs after the emails. I would shop here again for MORE as soon as my purse will allow that!

I took advantage of one T-shirt for shipping only. Then was offered a "mystery shirt" for half price (shipping already paid). I took advantage of the offer - but was disappointed that my second "mystery shirt" was the same as the first one. I now have two identical tshirts -

Colors are vibrant even after I washed in cold water with color catchers. I love the designs; the heart is excellent. The t-shirts are soft and feel good when worn. I will order again, and highly recommend these shirts.

Beware of a $24.95 per month membership fee they tack on monthly when you place an order! No only unethical, this is Criminal! I really like their tshirts, but when I discovered this hidden fee I have been charged for months now, but just recently caught, I will never buy from here again! Look at BBB, so many complaints! Major Scam! Beware!

I looked at the map where my t-shirts are being sent and was concerned because it didn't show where I lived 😆Erich answered my note right away + assured me if the address was right all was well! I'm really excited because if the t-shirts are as good as the customer service I'll be coming back again!
