bhai shophive ke service bohat he kharab hai yaar refund ka bool ka aj mujha 1month sa zayada hogya hai but na he pasyia mila aur na he product

Total Scammers, bought airpods from them, first time they gave me a airpod with a different serial number on the outside and different serial airpods on the inside. when i looked the serial number up, the serial number was of fake airpods. So i got them replaced but even after replacement they gave new airpods with one airpod being from another airpod case and one from another. Mind you the airpods bought were brand new box packed. So obviously they are repacking their stuff. Never buy from here

I purchased a laptop with them. They did not guide properly and gave me a repacked one. The laptop takes hours to just open an image and is too slow. Ruined my halal income! Imagine waiting for hours for a single command. I’m 100% sure now they gave me a used one, by informing me it was brand new as I didn’t have much of a knowledge but this is the only laptop I ever owned that takes hours to work right. Please do not buy from them. Better seek another store for purchase. Also this purchase was in person, they reassured me it will work fine and it’s not slow…. But it never worked properly.

Fraud scammer totally

It is just a scam. I ordered products for 30,000 PKR and now they are not responding and I did not get anything. It has been a week.

They are scammers. I ordered PS Plus membership. I received confirmation email and after few days of ordering I had to call on the Mobile number they provided in the email (+923224498344). The guy who picked up the call said its total price is a lot more than what was mentioned on the website and upon confronting him that the product I ordered was of some other price and now you are saying its a lot more. He said I can also give you of cheap but you have to make advance payment and sachi baat hai k woh chalay na chalay koi guarantee nai. They are scammers clearly saying that we will give you something that is fake and won't work.

I pre ordered a galaxy s24 ultra phone. They contacted me and asked to submit 20,000 rs. I did it and shared the receipt. After that to my surprise they deleted the product shown on there website, when contacted they had no answer and blamed samsung, which is pretty lame. I asked them to adjust my money in alternate product and still i haven't received any product and one month has passed.

Highly recommended this company, I selected two phones online for my family.

Payment was made online and Mr.Amin was very cooperative and was in touch with me throughout the sale.

The management was so helpful that I will be definitely recommending this company to everyone else as I live in ireland and buying something for your family living thousand miles away is a little hassle, but this company made so easy for me that I always will be bringing my business to them.

Worst experience i bought a tv from shophive they sold me defected tv of 5 lakh.Total fraud don't buy from them my advice

Fora very long time

This is my second time ordering from them and I have been extremely disappointed.

Placed an order more than 2 weeks ago and paid online. Still no update on the order and extremely unprofessional staff. They had no clue the order had been placed and just told me that the item is out of stock.

The first time I placed an order, they charged my card and no order was placed so I had to wait for them to confirm their bank statements.

DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH THEM ONLINE

Scam Alert!!

First of all their customer service is pathetic. Their representatives would not guide you properly.

And on some products it says “call to check price” thats how they tell different prices to different people for extra money. And on confronting they say, im only seeing this price....like he is on the first day of his job.
Dont get fooled by them and waste your money.

Ho fatto un ordine il 1 Aprile 2021, pagato regolarmente con carta di credito. Ad oggi, dopo oltre una settimana, nessuno risponde alle e-mail di sollecito e nessuno sa dire se i prodotti ordinati sono stati spediti. NON ORDINATE da SHOPHIVE. Chiedo rimborso ordine N. 100083104.

Order was supposed to be same-day as I was in Lahore. Been 1 week it never came. Waste of time.

Ordered apple magic mouse. Received well and on time.

It has been one week and still i have not received a the code for my psn gift card. I call the customer service and everyday they say you will get it tonight. It has been one week. Very pathetic service. This was my first and will probably be my last order from here. P.s still waiting for my code and will probably cancel my order if i dont get it tomorrow.

Terrible Customer Service & Iphone was repacked.
1. Order placed regarding pre moistened lens cleaners when they came they were completely dry and I registered a complaint as soon as that happened. The company said to call them up the next day so that they may send a replacement. Called them the next day the guy said they had no available rider after which I called again and no one catered to me. In the end no one followed up with me or changed the cleaners.
2. My brother purchased an Iphone from the company and the charger became faulty went to shophive and they stated that the accessories are not covered in their warranty. We went to the authorized apple shop in Lahore and they checked the charger and phone to our amazement they told us that the phone had been switched on before and this was repacked. The people at shophive played dumb and stated and they refused to change the phone. In the end they just replaced the charger. Beware of repacked phones.
