Customer support took a while to reach but was excellent. The lady who handles my problem spoke English well and was quick to analyse the problem. I would awad 5 stars for the support. I would only award 2 stars for the product because the rubber tips on the auger of the snow thrower did not even last one season. My previous thrower was still working after 5 years. Excellent customer service has solved the problem by sending me a new unit.

The call back is the best option. Talked to a knowledgeable lady about a part I needed for my dethatcher/ scarifier , after a short time on hold I was informed they do not sell that part, so now the unit is worthless. The unit worked great till it broke, so since no parts aside from the belt are available, it is not cost affective. I purchased a different brand at half the cost which does the same thing, and the same adjustments and power.

I had a hard time getting in touch with Sophie concerning a warranty claim. It took a half dozen times filling out their questionnaires and getting no response. Trying to call their phone number would have me on hold for ten minutes and then the call would be dropped. When I finally took the option of leaving my number for a call back I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from a young lady. She stayed on the phone with me for 35 minutes going over my issues with the hose I had purchased. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She satisfied my concerns and I’m now awaiting my new hose. They do stand behind their warranty. It just takes patience getting in touch with them. I have purchased a few hoses from them and will continue to do so.

A couple parts broke/wore out. I thought I was outside the warranty period. The friendly and helpful support person told me how to look for my receipt on Walmart.com and I found it was just within the 2 year warranty. The parts were not in so they sent me a whole new replacement unit.

The customer service agent was very helpful though I was very disappointed that the plastic on the pressure washer case was badly cracked and damaged beyond simple repair.

I bought a lawn mower at the end of June and it started smoking less than two months after i bought it….they have really given me the runaround and i assume that they will not honor their warranty.I have been trying to solve the problem for almost 3 weeks and its like pulling teeth to get any help.i have had shop joe products in the past, but i will never purchase anything else from them.Definately would not recommend them.

Had an issue with my Aqua Joe sprinkler. The customer service took my information and was able to resolve my issue with a replacement.

Really had an easy time getting my product registered for the snow shovel. The warranty is two years but in truth my last shovel lasted at least twice as long. Overall I’ve been pleased with SnowJoe products!

Well I purchased the SunJoe mover MJ401E. It had missing parts, the plastic washer (on the handle) and the spanner (for the blade). Their solution was to dispose the unit and get a new replacement. They don't stock replacement parts, but get another unit? I'm not impressed.

I had orded a tiller, when it arrived it was damaged and I called SunJoe and spoke to customer service they took my claim by the following week or two I heard from C.S. and they told me that the claim had been excepted and that I would hear from someone else as to when I would be getting my replacement 3 weeks went by and I had not heard from anyone so I called C.S. again, spoke to a very knowledgeable person and he refiled my claim and I received my replacement tiller within 5 weeks from my purchase date. Free of charge Excellent company. I gave them a 3 star because I have not used my tiller yet but when I do, I will change my Star.

Rose, our rep listened to our problem, confirmed previous order was incorrect and advised what the correct parts needed would be, ordered them for us and was so extremely helpful. Made everything extremely easy. Thank you Rose…. 100% better than any AI or automated system.

I had a one year old Aqua Joe sprinkler purchased on Amazon that stopped oscillating. It was bit difficult getting through to customer support. The phone number posted on Amazon was incorrect and most of the support links on the SunJoe website were for the powered equipment. Once I did get through to speak with Christian Culaba, he was extremely understanding and helpful. I had already gone through all of the logical troubleshooting steps, but he asked me to try a couple more things and stayed on the line with me while I went outside to follow his instructions. When the sprinkler still failed to oscillate, he moved on to warranty discussion. Since I had failed to register the product and didn't even have the serial number, he asked me to email a screenshot of the Amazon invoice and sent to an email to attach it to. The next day I received an email saying that my replacement was being shipped. Perfect service!

Shopjoe TruVolt Brands honored the warranty for my 14 inch mower. The warranty replacement, 17 inch, is greatly improved compared to the original mower.

I needed more information on the status of my warranty replacement of auto joe digital inflator.
Christian was very helpful and forwarded the information to me and that I would be receiving my replacement within a few days.

I bought my electric Sun Joe pressure washer just at two years ago. I absolutely loved the way it worked. Plenty of pressure for what I needed, washing deck or car. Unfortunately it suddenly quit working. I tryed everything but no power. I called the company and after just a few questions they said they would send me a new one. Very impressed with this product and company support.

The Aqua Joe oscillating sprinklers are simply junk. I've purchased three, two of the 4400 sq ft models and 1 of the smaller units, and have had 2 replacements in the first year of use on the larger ones. None have lasted more than 3 years. I have a $20 knock off sprinkler that is still working great after 7 years. These are not good value and it can sometimes be difficult to get a replacement. All around, it's a major hassle to purchase from these people. Never again!
