I purchased my jersey on 6/8/2026, the World Cup hadn't even started, and still today 7/12/2026, I have not received it. The WC is about to end in a week and I won't even have the jersey yet? This is ridiculous. I don't understand why they kept promoting online if they can't meet the demand. I purchased mine seeing on social media, and it was still being advertised weeks later... so strange!

The products are really high quality, and the advertising is good.

Quality products (from two I received) but a return policy that 100% serves the companies interest and 0% the customer's interest. Seems created so that they can either disallow any legit return/refunds, or charge the customer so much they choose not to do it. In my case they refused to let me return shorts that did not fit. I reached out within 7 days of receiving the product, tried repeatedly to work with them - offering to pay shipping myself and a restock fee, and they still refused. Not a vendor a customer can trust to support them, imo.

I've had a great experience with this brand. I picked up the Mexico hoodie and matching sweatpants, and they've quickly become some of my favorite pieces. The quality is really nice, and everything feels comfortable and well-made. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait. Their customer service was also friendly and easy to work with.

Scammers, 50% cancellation fee which does not make sense at all. After a while tried to cancel my order but they still shipped it - horrible experience

Also - why are they so late with shipping? Receiving my World Cup shirt towards the end of the World Cup is dreadful

Save yourself the money, the frustration, and the disappointment. DO NOT ORDER FROM JOGA BONITO. I spent $100 on a jersey for my daughter, the company advertised that orders would ship BY July 3 “or sooner”. That never happened. After the promised ship date came and went, I reached out to customer service. First I was told my order would ship “today”. I reached out again 2 days later, I was told it had been “delayed”. Since then? Silence. No shipment. No tracking number. No updates. No response. I have emailed 4x since then. I found a lot of other customers on Instagram describing the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE: missed shipping promises, further delays, no responses from customer service, and even people being told they’ll lose 50% of their money if they try to cancel because of delays that weren’t their fault. Several comments stating that they were sent shipping confirmations only to see that it said “returned to sender” a day later. What the actual hell? Absolutely disgusting business practice.

I placed my order on June 13th. I was then told it wouldn’t be shipped until July 3rd, which was already disappointing. It’s now July 6th, and it still hasn’t even been dispatched. This was supposed to be a gift for the Club World Cup, and thanks to these delays, it’s completely missed the occasion. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and the failure to meet the promised shipping date.

Great quality clothes with a lovely football twist to it, package arrived in good time and I even got some extra gifts within the package, awesome stuff! I highly recommend Joga Bonito and will be buying again.

My son discovered Joga Bonito on Instagram and not knowing anything about the company, I was a little hesitant to order but I was pleasantly surprised with all! First off, everything I ordered was great. The fit was perfect, the quality was high-end, and the design was unique and very cool. The shipping took a little while but when I reached out to customer service they got back to me right away reassuring that all was ok and in the works. I have already recommended the brand to other friends with teenage kids who are into soccer and I will definitely be buying from them again!

I’m giving this shop 1 star because the entire ordering experience has been incredibly disappointing. The jersey was advertised with an expected delivery of around 10 days so I could wear it during the World Cup, but the shipping date kept getting pushed back until it was basically going to arrive after the tournament was over.
Customer service responses were slow, confusing, and inconsistent about the actual ship date, and when I asked to cancel, they tried to charge a 50% cancellation fee even though the delays were on their end and the order hadn’t shipped. That is terrible customer service and does not feel customer‑friendly or transparent.
I’ve decided to keep the order only so I can return it when it arrives, but I will not be ordering from this shop again and I would not recommend it to friends or other fans looking for timely merch.
