My jacket had already been delayed about three or two times. Finally, it's supposed to arrive today, but I have no update on where my item is now, and my delivery status has now changed to pending. I usually am never upset about orders being delayed or something going wrong, but this is one of the worst deliveries I have ever experienced. I don't recommend buying from here anymore.

Pre-ordered a necklace 2 months in advance. Waited super patiently even though I was desperate for the product. Been checking the post every day for a week since release and nothing. Check my email for an update only to be told they have moved the release date a month back and I will now have to wait a whole month again for my merchandise. Not happy.

These people are incompetent, buying from this particular website is not worth it and should be awarded at all costs. Buy lana merch from any other shop than theirs, and please be sure to check reviews first. I bought the racing jacket online while it was on sale, they shipped it to the wrong STATE. I input my exact address, street name, RIGHT STATE, zip and everything that could make putting the right shipping label on it as easy as possible. Now the racing jacket is out of stock, and the limited sale for it is gone, I just want a refund. And to the person in Illinois who got my jacket for free, I hope that they atleast got to like it.

Ordered an item for my son. They gave a delivery date. The date passed I wrote them, and they said it would be another month. Half way through the month the canceled it saying I did not opt back in. How do you opt in? Why did they not say something when I asked on the eta. NO one should buy from them.

I’d never buy from them again paid extra for a signed album but it got delayed, then cancelled. No refund just she’s can’t be arsed. I’ll never buy an album from them again.

I hadn’t checked the reviews of this website in advance because i came here directly from Lana’s instagram so i figured that it’s the legitimate website, however the shipping is awful. I ordered from the uk website and am expecting the package in the netherlands, so i even had to pay €10 extra on top of the package anf shipping but im not getting any tracking info whatsoever. I highly doubt that i will ever receive this package. Thanks very much for having me waste money that i worked hard for to buy music from my favorite artist. I love Lana but please, don’t recommend this website to your european fans as it’s not working at all. I wanted to support her with my purchase but yeah, not in this way.

The Worst!! Is a scam!! Do not but anything here!! Ordered a xmas present for 100.00 Dec 3 and never received it. There’s no one to talk to and the email responses just says they’ll let me know when it has shipped. Is definitely a scam. No refunds. Run from here!!!

Order has not shipped in 4 weeks. Cannot cancel. No information on when it will ship. Expensive shipping.

My order was placed and paid for on December 8, 2021 and I have not received anything. I have sent a few follow up emails. I have apology responses to my emails but no action. My last email is requesting a full refund. I do not feel this is an honest site.

Do not buy anything from this website, or lana del rey village. They don’t take returns or cancel orders despite it being illegal not to do so and I feel scammed by the whole experience

UPDATE: I didn't even receive the items I paid for, they send me a jumper instead of the $185 worth of items I bought and they refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

Ho ordinato una felpa per mia figlia dall'Italia. un mese per la spedizione e ora, dopo 2 mesi ho solo un numero per tracciare il pacco (USPS) che mi dice che è ancora fermo a Los Angeles. Ho richiesto indietro i soldi, pensando alla serietà di altri siti, mi hanno detto che una volta che il pacco è stato spedito non è più una loro competenza controllare che arrivi.

My daughter bought something from your online merchandise store on December 27 2020. You were quick to take her money which she worked so hard to earn to buy your product $57.00!!! This is now April 2021 no product no update and no response to her emails!!!What the hell!! you are a bunch of rotten scammers. Your online store will be tarnished and everyone will know what a bunch of scammers you are. Anyone reading this DO NOT I reapeat DO NOT buy anything from this store and please pass this on to everyone any anyone !!!! Your only getting a 1 star because this is the lowest I could select!!!!

I am also PISSED. Ordered a Lana crew neck in January for my daughter's birthday, they were quick to take my payment but NOTHING has arrived. No customer service, just generic emails with NO updates. This is BS & I wonder what Lana would think???

HORRIBLE. Horrible Horrible Horrible. I love Lana to death, but I'm so pissed. I ordered a crew neck on Jan 11, 2021 and never got it. I reached out to support a month later and they told me my order number didn't exist. They asked me to take a screenshot of my order confirmation. I replied with that screenshot, and (many days later) got a response saying that they can't help with orders made outside of the online store... what? I ordered from the online store... WHAT?! So I angrily open an entirely new ticket to hopefully get someone to actually help. I include the screenshot of the order confirmation AND a screenshot of the amount subtracted from my bank account. Someone then responds with a link to a past order that I had already received in NOVEMBER OF 2020. Did they even look at my screenshot? I ordered it January of 2021, how could I have possibly recieved that order BEFORE I ordered it? They're lazy and clearly don't care.

Emailed customer service regarding the composition of their products only to find out that no one seems to know what their products are made of... customers have every right to know whether or not other sentient beings are being used to create the composition of merchandise.

I ordered in Nov 20, 2020. Today I am writing this on Jan 10, 2021. I contacted their store on Dec 26. I emailed them on Boxing Day and gave them the benefit of the doubt they are behind in emails so I gave them a buffering week after Jan. Needless to say I didn’t get my package, didn’t get a reply from customer service, and now have no way to see when my package will even arrive, IF it arrives. Based on the other reviews I definitely feel like this is a scam...

Shipping is very slow, package was not packed properly at all, and customer service is ridiculously bad. It takes 3-4 days to get an email response and it’s a new rep each time you reply. It’s basically like starting over with every reply, and every single one takes days. After weeks I was finally offered a refund and now that I’ve accepted the next rep said “thanks for your patience we’re looking into this for you and will provide an update soon.” !!? Starting to think this will never be over. Would not recommend shopping here.

The item has been lost for four weeks and they still refuse to give me a refund. They take DAYS to respond to your email, and of course, they don't have a phone number to call them. The last email asked me if I wanted a refund or a replacement (even though I had asked for a refund in the prior emails), to which I responded by saying a refund. The response I get today? "Please wait patiently for the package to arrive." I hate this store.

i ordered a shirt October of 2019. It is now february 25,2020 and there’s still no news on shipment. i have tried to contact them numerous times but they only say that’ll take a couple weeks for shipment to go through. they’ve said that since november. where is my shirt ?!?!!!?
