I live in the US and was looking for a forwarding service like the one I use for my South Korea packages and came across another website and shopogolic. The other website was difficult to sign up for and hard to understand. Shopogolic was super simple and straight forward!

The website I ordered from had not notified me that my item shipped, so it was a pleasant surprise when I received a notification from Shopoglic that my order arrived!

The forwarding process was also very simple and straight forward! Cheaper than expected and my package arrived today! Whole process took less than a week!

I’ve already recommended 2 other people to this website! Thank you again!

Been using Shopogolic for my Italy to UK forwarding for a few weeks now and I'm really impressed. I've had over a dozen parcels shipped so far and they've all arrived quickly via FedEx. The warehouse processes orders fast - usually within a day or two — and the tracking updates are reliable.

The support team is responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions. The pricing is competitive, especially once you get the hang of how volumetric weight works.

This time, as soon as the warehouse received my items, I was notified the same day. The payment was processed quite efficiently, and my parcel was dispatched the very next day. Used Shopogolic to forward a package from Italy to Poland because the store shipped only locally. Everything went smoothly – clear dashboard, working tracking, and fast dispatch after payment.

The parcel was handled professionally and sent via FedEx without any issues. Prices are reasonable for an international forwarding service. Would use again if needed.

**BEWARE SLIPPERY SCAMMERS **
when your parcel arrives you choose a shipping method with cost ...i picked fed ex with a €57 costing to ship ...when they prepared my order they issued me with a total €145 bill to ship a childs toy plane.
When i questioned them they ghosted me for days ...forced, i made the payment by paypal ... now im making a claim & shutting them off never to deal with them again ...whatever you do...dont use them..you'l be sorry !!

I admit I was a bit worried after reading some of the negative reviews here, but in my case everything went smoothly.
I do have a minor comment on the web UX/UI — I find it confusing.
It wasn’t, and still isn’t, clear to me whether creating the parcel after sending my package is required or just an optional step.
After the parcel was confirmed, it also wasn’t clear whether I needed to take any additional steps to be able to pay, or simply wait (and for how long) for the invoice to be issued.
Now that I’ve gone through the whole process, everything makes sense, but it could have been communicated more clearly.

Une plateforme très intuitive et performante. L’expérience d’achat a été fluide du début à la fin. Les produits sont conformes, le suivi est clair, et la livraison rapide.
Petit point d’amélioration : proposer une version française du site permettrait de toucher un public encore plus large, car beaucoup de consommateurs français pourraient être intéressés sans forcément maîtriser l’anglais.

A very intuitive and efficient platform. The purchasing experience was smooth from start to finish. The products match the description, tracking is clear, and delivery is fast.
One area for improvement: offering a French version of the website could help reach a wider audience, as many French consumers might be interested but don’t necessarily speak English.
