They only sent 1/2 of my order and when I contacted them about the rest they said they had a flooding issue with their warehouse. After months they still didn’t fulfill my order nor did they refund me. This happened in 2018 and they will no longer respond to my emails.

I placed an order for $190 in December 2022 and after 3 months of waiting, I got an email from Rhiannon saying she had issues with a fraudulent shipping company she was using and to please not give up hope, my shipment was still coming.
Well 3 months after that still NOTHING!! She is a scam artist, I should have read reviews before ordering!

Palm beach collective (changed their shop name to Caladesi Designs) ripped me off back in middle of December. I placed an order for $114 in products. Immediately my card was charged and the owner, Rhiannon Brownell aka Redden never shipped my order. I emailed and tried reach out. Shop is now closed. She won’t return emails or calls and changed her company name to hide from all the disgruntled customers. I’m in a Facebook group called palm beach collective scammed with over 150 other customers and we are out $15,000 in undelivered orders. Turns out, she has changed her business name over 10 times to hide from customers. At first she responded with excuses to string me along. She was just wasting my time so we would exceed the 60 days that credit card companies usually allow to dispute a fraudulent charge. She gets to keep your money and not send the product. BUYER BEWARE!!

Wish I had read reviews for this scam store before I had placed my order. I never received any communication back from merchant after I asked the status of order and then sent another email requesting a refund for the $246 that I had spent. Website doesn't exist anymore. Buyer Beware!

Ordered in October of 2022. As of end of February 2023 still have not received my order. Credit Card went through the date of order though.

I placed an order in December of 2022, a few days shy until March and I have still not received my items, a tracking number or a response to my customer service email... I have reported the charge as a scam to my credit card...

Ordered on 12/21/22. Never received merchandise and would not respond to emails!

This should be no starts. This is a SCAM! Doesn’t send out order or respond to emails yet sends a sob story via mass email. DO NOT ORDER! I filed a scam with my credit card complaint and luckily was reimbursed as they deemed a scam. There is a reason the comments are turned off on the Instagram page.

SCAMMERS, I placed an order on 12/2/22. I never received my order and sent an email inquiring when I should expect to receive it, NO RESPONSE. I then received a ridiculous email apolgizing and to please not lose any hope and that my order is on its way. two week later NOTHING. I then realized this is a scam and filed a fraud complaint with my Credit Card company. DO NOT ORDER you will never recieve anything. This company is scamming their customers. Victims should contact the Tampa Attorney Generals office to file a complaint ASAP. This company is FRAUDLANT and not operating properly.

Products look great on Facebook ad, but items I ordered for Christmas are still not here. Will never order from them again.

Order placed in October. No item received, no word on expected shipping date, no response to emails. Filed a case with Paypal and received a refund. Buyer be VERY wary.

Order placed September 6, 2022. Date of this review December 1, 2022. No products received. They took over $139 from me and never sent the items. SCAMMERS! Don’t order from their store.

If there was a way to give them negative stars, that would be my choice. terrible customer service and continue to avoid my question or when my order will arrive. I placed my order in August. I have asked for my order to be cancelled 3 times and so far, no resolution.
