I didn't realise you were paying me for Bunnings in Young NSW. As you said you were not. I just assured that on the two visits only two people were in anyway supportive to the customers needs. It was horrible service that I received and I dealt with a certain lady 2 times and yeah she didn't want to help and I was asking only to buy product.

I really enjoy taking on Mystery Shopping jobs. I enjoy great customer service so I quite enjoy meeting people and reviewing the shopping experience.
The only downfall is that the payments received donât really cover your cost's, by the time you drive out to the job then purchase a produce itâs not really worth your while to only make a few dollars.
I think this should be reviewed and maybe consider raising your rate.
