Customer Service

Initially, I was disappointed with the overall setup of how shopping-protection operates as I didn’t need the services they offer. In any case the following customer service I received from Nancy was unquestionably first class. She responded to my concerns immediately rectifying the problem despite this issue arising during the bank holiday weekend. Crisis averted thanks to the customer service.

the staff were very welcome

the staff were very welcome, great calming atmosphere and there to help with any complaints straight away, the spa looked amazing although we didn’t get to try and the food was amazing. the room was impeccable and i asked for it to be decorated and they were beautiful, i will definitely stay here again
