Buyer Beware: Snivaro – Possible Fraudulent Practices 🚨

I ordered several hundred dollars’ worth of items from Snivaro on February 7, 2026—and never received anything.

I was told my order shipped in two packages, but weeks went by with no delivery and little to no response from the company. After repeated attempts to get answers, I contacted the post office and opened an investigation.

What they found was extremely concerning:
• The package was marked as delivered to the WRONG address
• The shipment was listed as weighing only 4 ounces (my order included multiple handbags—this is impossible)
• The post office itself questioned the legitimacy of the shipment and the company

I provided this documentation to Snivaro, and instead of resolving the issue or issuing a refund, they told me I could “reorder”—but only after I mentioned leaving a negative review.

⚠️ This strongly suggests deceptive and misleading business practices.

If you’re considering buying from Snivaro, think twice. You may never receive your order—and getting help afterward is nearly impossible.

Ordered a padded coat, never turned up. Had one reply to email asking where coat was. Never turned up, no refund no comeback. Am dealing with credit card to try to claim money back. They are scammers, avoid.

Ordered the suade jacket only that when it arrived the quality was shocking fake suade and it even said on the label 100%polyester totaly shocked at the rubbish that arrived you have been warned ⚠️

HORRIBLE experience. I received the product and it was 6 sizes too small. They offered a 20% refund, meaning they keep 80% for a useless product. It is a scam! DO NOT BUY from them!!

it was completely different size to what we ordered and there was no details for return
it costed us nearly £70.00 and they want us to return it to china and upon receiving in original package they will refund me and this is after i email to head office

Never received my items, repeated emails from their support email saying they were dealing with a large volume of orders and it would be delayed, offered me a 10% discount but no response to any of my actual questions or request for cancellation/refund.

Reported to CC company and received immediate resolution and refund from them - it's clearly not the first one they've dealt with from this merchant.

Someone use my CC for purchases from this business. The CC company immediately gave me a refund. The company said they delivered to my home. They did not. there were three separate charges at the same time.

Awful service. Item different to that advertised. Different colour and fit, and very cheap material. I first made contact in November. Was offered a refund if I returned it at my own cost to China!!!! (Which was about £25 to do) Have tried a further 3 or 4 times to arrange refund under consumer rights act and now being ignored.

Order not received and no communication back when chasing order. Bank claim put in.

Wow what scamming company this is . I should have read the reviews before ordering after a couple of glasses of wine mist your mind . A pixel hub in a suitcase is what was purchased 29.99 . So 22 days later out for delivery what do I get a little jiffy bag with a little tag inside advertising there clothes in Hebrew . Do not use scamming company. Also thinking you can't get a refund through PayPal they don't let you so next trying credit card company .

They promised me a refund but 20 days and no money and no remittance. Scammer. Do not buy. Cheap items not as advertised.

Don’t order from this website! Massive scam! I ordered over 2 months ago and never received anything. I have been on an email tbrrad for the last month and they keep responding the same email offering me a discount off my next purchase instead of my money back!

Like all other reviews recommend - just don’t bother! Cheap awful material from China when it’s marketed as a local business on TikTok etc. does not look like material in the ads. Say that to return it has to be unopened in the original packaging (how are you supposed to see if it actually fits) and you have to return it back to China so really not worth it as it’ll cost you close to the original price to return it with no guarantee they’ll actually refund you! If anyone has any advice how to get money back from this scam company please let us know!

Took a month to arrive...wrong colour nktba hoody as shown a shit 2 dollar zip up tracksuit top...no replies to e mails shipped from a Chinese sweatshop ...awful DO ..NOT ....USE!!!!!!

Shop Salvaro is a gimmick company which shows pictures of other genuine company products and ships out clothing of the lowest quality which was even in the actual size. Shipping took almost a month with little communication. They do however offer reruns however you have to ship all the way back to china which will cost and most likely be marked as “unreceived”.

Do not buy stuffs from this website. It’s absolutely a scam and they are trying to steal money from you. Their products are very poor quality. Sending the old/worn items to the customer and there were no tag on each item.

Received the tracksuit yesterday, i like it very much. especially considering the price
