My 12-year-old grandson found these sweatpants on this site they're supposed to be Nike he assured me this was a legitimate site and he really wanted these sweatpants for Christmas I have never heard back from this company never received an email no order number no tracking number but they charge my credit card haven't gotten anything no response from the several emails that I've sent them well actually not emails but on their site they let me do a I guess it's an email I don't know anyways my poor grandson is just heartbroken I don't know how these people can sit there and rip people off like this and keep getting away with it I read on here at least some people have gotten their stuff even though it's poor quality again I haven't gotten anything no response or order number no tracking number nothing just a heartbroken grandson

Ordered on TikTok Shop I thought but apparently I was redirected to a site outside of TikTok. The sweats I bought were advertised as Nike sweats and good quality and they were awful almost like a junior high seamstress and clothing class made them. They are bad and super cheap. Shipping took 30 days. I attempted to exchange or get a refund and they responded with “ Thank you for your continued support of our business. We want to inform you that, effective immediately, we have updated our sales policy. Due to recent operational adjustments, we are no longer able to offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are now final.” This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

100% Scam. Never delivered. Asked for refund. They replied they world refund partial because all sales are final. They NEVER delivered a sale. Never refunded partial. Still chasing them. 100% scam. Stay away. TicTok BS.

It’s been a month still have not received my order. The quality of the item is not what is shown on the picture on the website as well. Refund policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! Just to let everyone know.
