We're sorry to hear the nasal strips weren't as good as you'd hoped and we apologise for the frustration this has caused you.

We'd like to note that for the nasal strips to work effectively and stay put for long period of time, we highly recommend cleaning your nose and surrounding area, then ensuring that area is thoroughly dry.

Our faces tend to get oily throughout the day, so making sure we clean and dry them ensures the nasal strips stick on for long durations of time.

Another thing to note is that if you do use moisturiser, or any sort of oils or cream, for your face, this also prevents the nasal strip from sticking on properly due to its oiliness. If you're using the nasal strips at night particularly, although your nose may be clean, its super important to clear it of any oils too! Sicking the strip on an oily, greasy, wet or dirty surface will cause it to fall off prematurely. Clearing the skin on your nose of any of these ensures your nasal strip will work effectively and stay in place all day or night.
