i wrote a bad review for this place on their site and i think they removed my review. anyways… just don’t buy from here.

Wish I read these reviews before spending over $100. with them on xmas gifts (not my first large dollar amount order with them).

No problems with the order/delivery. One of the rings broke within 2weeks. I tried emailing info@sweetpeeps twice. tried chat...no response. tried via the "contact us" form....we'll see. Typically there is an automated response, "we received your message". Nothing.

It's been over a month from my initial contact attempt. I hope $20 is worth losing a good customer.

0 stars if I could… horrible, non-existent customer service. Do not order here! Bought my daughter a “cute” butterfly necklace and it broke the first time she put it on. Emailed customer service about a replacement and they never responded. Really cheap quality, zero service — stay away!

Would rate them 0 starts if I could. Placed an order with them November 2021, it’s now may 2022 and it has not shipped. Have sent customer service multiple emails, sent them DMs on instagram and have commented on their posts but no response. Don’t waste you money.

Items arrived broken and they never reply to any form of correspondence. Waste of money, too many alternatives so stay away from them!

I recommend anyone to avoid shopping at SweetPeeps. Their customer service is practically non existent and the jewelry is low quality garbage. I purchased 4 rings and a necklace and the necklace broke the moment I took it out the package despite being very gentle. Unfortunately, the necklace was what I was looking forward to the most :( When I sent them an email with a picture of the item and explained what happened they never replied back to me. I never heard anything from them. Not only did the necklace break but one of the rings came bent as well and I couldn’t salvage either of my pieces. I wouldn’t have been as upset if they were responsive with good customer service. I paid over $100 for these pieces and the poor quality and non communication is unacceptable. Don’t shop there!

Scam, never got my package, wont return my emails

Horrible. I accidentally inputted wrong delivery address so the package was sent back to the sender. I contacted the shop multiple time via email and instagram and they never respond, even though they kept posting instagram stories and posts.

Please avoid this business at all cost. They are scammers and thieves.

i LOVE this website. The jewelry looks exactly like the pics, or even a little better. My usual rings and necklaces tend to get a little black after a few wears, but their jewelry is still super gold!! Very pretty, get lots of compliments.
