I had an issue with a shipment but it was quickly and professionally resolved.
Purchased multiple items from here and enjoy shopping with the various shoppers as they hunt down deals
Highly recommend this site if you don’t mind paying a fraction of the cost for designer items.

I give an over all rating a 3, items I have received has always been authentic however the no return policy is a disadvantage. Prices are reasonable, but double check and make sure it’s worth the investment. Research sizing especially for how shoes can run in sizes, because once you purchase you are stuck

It was first experience shopping with them and it was awesome. I love the product.

Duties/fees were not properly disclosed before sending the item to me. I would’ve never ordered something from them if I knew I’d be getting a bill weeks after receiving the item. Theirs terms and conditions are misleading that all duties, taxes and fees are incuded in their purchase price. Customer service was no help, and they sent me a link to a completely different set of policies to read. They should be more clear when selling items across borders.

This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I ordered Bottega Veneta slingback heels through ShopThing Live. The order was confirmed, giving me the clear impression that the item was secured. After that, there was silence, delays, and zero accountability. Only after repeated waiting for more than a month I thought of enquiring regarding the order and came across that the shoes were sold to someone else. This is so unprofessional and the customer care lady Mariam didn’t care much telling me that we will refund you!!

What made this even worse was how casually this was handled. They simply refunded the amount, with no genuine apology, no ownership of the mistake, and no concern for the inconvenience caused. For a luxury shopping platform, this level of indifference is shocking. A refund is the bare minimum — it does not excuse misleading customers, wasting their time, or ruining plans for important occasions.

This purchase was for a time-sensitive family event, and their lack of professionalism caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. If ShopThing cannot confirm inventory, they should not be selling or “confirming” these items at all. Their process is clearly broken, and the customer ends up paying the price.

This experience shows a complete lack of reliability, transparency, and customer care. I would strongly warn others not to trust ShopThing Live for luxury or urgent purchases. They take no responsibility when things go wrong — they just refund and move on, leaving the customer to deal with the consequences.

I have made several purchase with ShopThing and one thing I have to say... It's so hard to buy anything at full price again. The quality of the items I have purchased are almost brand new with a fraction of the cost. I hate to admit it.. but ShopThing is my guilty pleasure.
