Clear feedback was given on the subject matter and my issue was resolved shortly thereafter. Very comforting to know there is a support team that has your back when you need assistance. Great work Shoptimized!

Truly, these guys know e-commerce. I currently have two Shopify sites using the Shoptimized theme and I cannot recommend it highly enough. One site I had built by a dev that is good and it is performing ok but the second site I had Shoptimized build for me as their Business In A Box package and it is super fast, mobile-optimized, and most importantly, easy to use (musicbooks.com.au). One very minor criticism is that they do take a long time to reply to support requests but they DO reply succinctly and reliably. I hope they see this and decide to offer more custom services in the future

Very bad template. Maximum reviews are 10, customer support very slow and unspecific, not intuitive to use the template, MANY limitations for one's own website. I totally regret this purchase.

I wnated a theme for my dropship store, Shoptimised doesn't disappoint - the built in conversion features are better than anyhitng on the official Shopify theme store.

Be aware that the theme is incredibly slow and you will be penalized by Google for its slowness and your customers wont convert. Its an outdated theme and support give you the run around. Uninstalled, went with a free theme and replaced all the bits that Shoptimized offers and got great speed, great search indexing and a far far better experience. Stay Away from this expensive mistake.

My sales are close to double than before, not sure if it's all down to the theme but it's hard to tell. My store looks great and we had our best month ever last month.

initially theme looks good, but the speed is very slow on Shopify speed score, also the theme makes the website not indexable by google, the support trying to sort this issue out was awful.

As soon as the theme was removed from the website google could then index the pages. we had this issue for over 9 months. in the end we had to remove the theme and decided to go with Turbo theme. So far its a lot better!

I have used Shoptimized theme for 6 sites and I love it. It's easy to set up, it looks great, you can customize it with many different options. The support is fast and friendly. I highly recommend using this theme.

The customer service is great! You become friends with them, and everything gets done what you ask for. Sometimes it can take a while but they still finish it!

Easy to set up although it can be time consuming becuase there are so many features but now it's live it rocks. Get this if you wnat a store that converts

I've been SO happy with this theme. I'm OK at IT and needed quite a bit of support to get started.... but Wow! The customer service was incredible! They responded literally within a few hours every time, and the instructions were so clear. I'm thrilled with my website and can't stop looking at it!

Buyer beware! Yes, it looks good, flashy and slick, conversion tricks are neat but after we installed it within 2 weeks our Shopify and Google page speeds tanked by over 50% and our SERP results vanished. If you care at all about SEO and page ranking definitely do NOT use this theme!

Not good, great, excellent as advertised. I bought a 200 dollars package and the customer service is not 24/7 as advertised. Besides of that, for what I've seen, material I've received, the step-by-step guide is not detailed as needed.

I was very excited with using Shoptimized but now I just want to throw it out the window and get my money back.

I'm currently seeing if I can work with someone to help but here's where my issues lie:

The biggest issue currently is their customer service lacks. I sit in chat all day (west coast 8-5) with just a "Looking for an agent" notice. No hours were posted. No 24/7. Which means I spend all day trying to locate my answer and half the time, I either find it or I can't.

Their knowledge base is too basic for me and not always searchable. They need a forum for people to post, answered, and then let other customers search. That would be have been best, at least for me.

Some of their information is not updated. They tell you to uncheck or check something and half the time it's not labeled correctly in the new installment.

Their counter is too basic and only is used for free shipping. I need it to say other things like "receive your item before christmas by this date" with the counter on header and in the product.

There may be a work around in the product but I can't find one at least for the header.

I can't seem to get the bulletins/checklist to work.

They force you to use Klaviyo or Mail Chimp. My answer for a work around was talking to the developer I'm currently using. The work around I'm coming up with is using Klaviyo or Mail Chimp to accept emails but moving them to what I'm using now (I have a better deal and can't afford MC and K's prices).

I had apps to use some things (some free and some are not) and the point of this Theme was to remove them so I don't have to pay for them. Automizely that I use which is free is not friendly anymore with Shoptimized. This means more money to pay if I want a proper counter, which supposed to defeat the purpose.

And I can't get my homepage to center! When I ask them for help I got the "you need to resize your images and reupload them" which has nothing to do with centering!

I really want to like this. I'm willingly to hire someone cheaply (as I used up what I had left from Dec Profits) to help fix it but I may ultimately get my money back and put it towards someone who can actually make a nice site.

I bought shoptimized 5.12 theme for my drop shipping shop and had very bad experience.
1) Mega menu was not working properly, when menu was created and title name entered, it could not display full text if two or three sub menus were added. A ticket was opened with support and issue was resolved. I asked how it was resolved and no explanation was given so that I don not run into same issue. The same thing is happening with my second store and I have contacted support, now 3 days still waiting.

2) Shoptimized 5.12 will greatly impact your speed. My first shop speed dropped from 50s when using a different theme down to 2. it was impossible to open page on a device. - Same thing Ticket open with support no response

the old shoptimized 4.12. though it has less mega menu it is working and speed are around 15. still bad but site is running some now.

Great experience, I.m new at Shoptimized and menu is big and really needs support. Thanks to the PJ Guerrero now I feel a bit more acquainted with page and feel also a bit more confortable working on it.
Still think the page needs a search bar but support helps a lot!!

This Theme has everything I need for my Ecom businesses. From the visuals to the systems, everything is in place for high conversions and customer engagement.

It does the Job well, without the bloated extras of other Themes, and you can fully customize it as you wish.

And to add, customer support is top notch as well. Prompt and diligent. They helped me solve my issues in a matter of minutes.

Overall, very satisfied. I feel I should recommend this to more of my friends.
