I have been waiting on a pre order and jewelry subscription for 9 months. Was told when I initially place order that it was shipped and it never arrived. Months of going back and forth since last November and still nothing.Also I paid for two months of the jewelry subscription before being told that it no longer existed. Still seeing people review it tho so kinda confused? Madeline herself emailed me saying she's not sure how they didn't send my stuff to me after 4 shipping confirmation emails 😭. They would pretend to not know about my order as well. So disgraceful, over $150 USD gone.Emails keep saying that my order will get here but nothing yet. Such scammers

They scam on pre orders. Still waiting an actual full year later on pants i pre ordered and have about 30 emails of them just telling me “it’ll get there we promise”. Used to love this shop when it started on tiktok a couple years back but they’re running thin and you can tell.
