Made a genuine review based on my experience with Volt, and received an email call me liar, that I never had any communication with volt costumer service and asked me to remove the review.
This was the email they send to me
“For the record, you have left a 1 star review about
'costomer service', the same customer service which has absolutely zero emails or contact from you ever. We don't appreciate people lying in their reviews, and suggest this review is immediately removed”
They said no contact was made by email but I have a email reply from them on 16/04/2026 at 11:39am

- NEVER TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM SO I GAVE MY FEEDBACK , GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE CONTACT COSTUMER TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM

The email sent to costumer service. Complaining that reader not stay under strap.
Hi. I received today the volt bracelet, and I need to return.
I put on my wrist and the “reader” not stay under the strap.
My son uses the humme band and his reader stays under the strap with no movement.
