Made a genuine review based on my experience with Volt, and received an email call me liar, that I never had any communication with volt costumer service and asked me to remove the review.
This was the email they send to me

“For the record, you have left a 1 star review about
'costomer service', the same customer service which has absolutely zero emails or contact from you ever. We don't appreciate people lying in their reviews, and suggest this review is immediately removed”

They said no contact was made by email but I have a email reply from them on 16/04/2026 at 11:39am

Hi. I received today the volt bracelet, and I need to return.

I put on my wrist and the “reader” not stay under the strap.

My son uses the humme band and his reader stays under the strap with no movement.

We take customer service and user satisfaction very seriously, however I have personally checked through our customer service email history and we have never had any contact from you.

I don't know if you have contacted the wrong people, mis-typed the email, etc, but you left a one star review based on an experience that was completely out of our control, hence why we requested the review was removed.

You have our correct contact email now, and still haven't contacted us to let us know what issue you are actually facing so that we can resolve it. Please do so, and stop leaving false reviews on multiple platforms

So you recieved a reply from our customer service (contacted presumably under a different name or email) so what was the negative review actually related to? Because you still haven't actually informed us of an issue, just left reviews and given us absolutely zero chance to rectify whatever issue you claim to have.

You titled the 1* review 'customer service' but just said we responded to you? I'm confused what the issue is here. I have located the email sent at that time, and it was simply informing you of the returns process that you had requested...

One final edit -

Rather ironically, not once were you called a 'liar'. We located the email that was sent from our customer service team with the time stamp you sent, which was sent to a name that is different to the one you left the review under.

Your email stated that you wanted to return the item, so you were sent instructions. That sounds like a resolution to me, I'm still unsure what the actual issue is here. You never actually returned the item, nor explained any issues that you had faced with that or the customer service.

'GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE CONTACT COSTUMER TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM' - but you just said we did contact you, on the 16th of April - which one is it?

You seem to have expected a solution to a problem you never actually told us about. Rather than simply replying to our email explaining your issue, you decided that trust pilot was a more sensible platform for a conversation. That says a lot about your true intentions behind the review. Reported



Go ahead and copy our response into your review too, where we sent you the return instructions. You never returned the item, you just left a review. Not about the product, but about the customer service. Looking at other reviews you have left for other brands, this isn't the first time either

Brilliant device

Brilliant! I'd been after something more comfortable to wear for ages as most watches are too bulky. This one is ideal and does exactly as advertised. I couldn't recommend it highly enough as a fitness tracker and it's also really stylish to wear every day at the office as well as when I'm out running or cycling. It's also really comfortable to wear at nighttime. Five 🌟!

Had my volt tracker for 3 months

Had my volt tracker for 3 months, had no issues and only had to charge it a handful of times. Turned to volt after I lost my last fitness watch (which cost me £400) and if noticed no difference. If anything, the volt has out performed

If I could I would give them no stars.

Ordered tracker nearly two weeks ago. Paid, and never sent. Emailed multiple times no response. Commented under posts, the comments get deleted. Absolute crooks.

Update*
Since placing this review Volt has replied to my emails not over 20 times just 6 replies.
Told me I was using wrong tracking number, (the one they supplied).
Telling me to "wind my neck in" insulting my grammar, blaming me for being unprofessional and the latest telling me " I won't be be getting a refund". Now commented under this review with more lies. 1st order was placed on the 14th of March. Today is 2 weeks.

It’s a real shame that you feel the need to completely lie in your review out of spite.

The first order (placed just over a week ago) was lost in transit, which we rectified by sending out a replacement. This was all discussed over email, and to claim that you had “no response” when there are 20+ emails exchanged between us is completely unfair.

Again, as you know, your replacement order is on its way, and your comments were removed as you were spamming calling us scammers. I’m sure you can see why that would be damaging. And yet you still insist on making attempts to damage our reputation, over a slight logistics issue that was rectified straight away.

It’s clear you are very bored, but attempting to ruin people’s businesses is not the way to go about it

Bought the fitness tracker over a week…

Bought the fitness tracker over a week ago . They sent royal mail tracker and it just said expecting it .
Contacted them and was told they would sort but its still the same. Emailed yesterday and got no reply.
NOT IMPRESSED. Ordered on the 16th of March. Still no reply on the 27th. Ripped off

Unfortunately, as you were informed via email, we have had some logistics issues over the last week or two. I can confirm that your replacement order is still on the way, it was just stuck in a backlog at the fulfilment centre. These issues have now been rectified and all logistics are functioning as normal once again.

We apologise again for the delay, we have done everything we can despite this being out of our control

Worked fine for the 1st few hours

Worked fine for the 1st few hours, now it doesn't track anything apart from steps. Keeps saying to ware the device correctly. If I reset it it works ok for a cople hours then nothing again. Trying to get hold of customer service but don't here anything back? Now I know why it was only £40, going to try send it back.

Love this fitness tracker

Love this fitness tracker! The battery life is great, much better than my Apple Watch. I like that it’s not bulky as I have smaller wrists so this doesn’t get in my way. Good for tracking activity/fitness as well as sleep and my cycle too.

Recommended by my lad, use it out on my bike all the time, mint tracker and not obtrusive on my wrist. Great features all round and the app is spot on. Well worth the money!

WORTH EVERY PENNY

WORTH EVERY PENNY! I got this to give me some motivation and to get moving abit more and it’s worked a treat! I love the fact you get an extra band with it, I also haven’t charged this since I got it and it’s still going strong. Would definitely recommend

Love this tracker

Love this tracker. Its helped with my blood pressure and prove that i dont need to be on medication. It’s fantastic at the sleep tracking and its really changed my habits. I noe drink more to hydrate and it’s improved everything. I love that i can log in to see my readings a d not get panicked with alerts and make myself worse. Thid is a no pressure band. You can track what you want to. I drop screen shots into chat gpt and its solved health and sleep issues. Its put my mind at ease. I live this more that myapple watch. The customer service is exceptional.
