Westly customer service went above and beyond to help me with my return!

I recently ordered a shirt for the 4th of July. It arrived quickly! The shirt looks exactly like it does on the website. Material is great! I ordered a Large and unfortunately it was a bit too big for me. I reached out to them and they quickly replied back. A replacement is on its way as I am typing this up. They are truly amazing!

The items I ordered are all great quality. I did have one item that was too big and contacted customer service. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size but they were sold out. They went above and beyond to make sure they could get me the item I wanted in a smaller size. Not many online companies would do this. I’m a forever customer now.

Overall, I think the shopping experience has been fine. I just ordered something today that is a preorder and am hopeful it will arrive on time or early as described. I only wish there were more options in the shop. Otherwise, I love the style and what’s available so far! Can’t wait to see what else they may curate.

This shop offered the best customer service I have had since I can remember. They were quick to respond to my questions and offered to ship a replacement product out with no futher charges or waiting on the return to reach them. Westly has my business for sure!

I received my sweatshirt and found that it was a little more oversized than I expected. I emailed customer service to ask about an exchange and received a response very quickly. They were incredibly helpful and even sent my replacement right away so I would have it in time for the Fourth of July, rather than waiting for the usual exchange process.
Excellent customer service! I'm very impressed with how they handled everything and am excited to try more of their cute clothes in the future.

My shirt came and I loved it but it was a bit bigger than I was hoping. I emailed them about the possibility of an exchange and they responded so quickly and were very kind and solution oriented. Made my experience so great and I can’t wait to wear my new shirt for the 4th!!

Great communication and quick shipping! I liked everything I ordered for the most part but the Patriotic t shirts and sweatshirts I ordered were not the boutique quality I was expecting, especially for the price. They appear to be a brand like Gilden with the tag cut off, a new tag sewn in. It doesn’t look like or fit like what the model is wearing, makes me think what’s being shown is a different quality that lays better and is a softer feel. Pretty disappointing.

Not all items are as they seem. 3 out of the 5 products I purchased were poor quality compared to item pictured on website. Also make sure to return items within their 7 day return policy to get a refund or it will not happen. I would post pictures of the quality but this review does not have that option. I will not purchase from this site again.

Great quality and nice designs. When it says over size it’s beyond Oversize! I normally wear a L and I reordered a small.
