I have tried and tried and tried to place an order with shopworldkitchen.com for pyrex and corning dishes. Their website is messed up. Orders do not go through. The customer service chat is not user friendly, there is a long wait for it, and if you do not reply fast enough they will hang up on you. VERY frustrating to try hours to place an order. This is why we all love Amazon.

I have two knives by Chicago Cutlery (a Corningware company). The knives have many years on them but came with a lifetime warranty. Both handles are separating. I have sent 3 claims for warrantee service and never had so much as an acknowledgment. If they at least wrote back and said "just kidding about the lifetime part" I would feel better. These aren't the world's best knives to begin with and they have seen plenty of use (but not abuse). But totally ignoring me? That I can't abide. I will never buy Corningware again.

I had an issue with a product that I purchased from a different .com company but was guaranteed through ShopWorldKitchen.com. After reading the bad online reviews I thought I was going to have a problem. Before contacting them I was loaded for bear. I took a screenshot of the year old invoice and a photo of the product needing to be replaced. I contacted ShopWorldKitchen.com via email from their contact us page. I also screenshot the email to prove they were notified on my product issue. I received a very quick reply from their Customer Care Center. A replacement was sent within a few days and was received today. It was packaged safely and professionally. I have no reason to worry about purchasing any of their product lines after experiencing first hand how professionally they handled my guaranteed replacement piece. Kudos to the ShopWorldKitchen.com Customer Care Team.
