I own another pair of Sketchers slip ons and I am able to indeed slip them on hands-free. The refused to refund. I contacted Sketcher's, sent them and image of the shoes and they corroborated that they were not slip ons but told me their was a difference between slip ons and slip ins. They offered no assistance with my problem due to the independent WSS. I believe I was duped by WSS.

I didnât look at whether the shoes fit or not, because heâd already worn these exact shoes/size before but needed them replaced. Called customer service who refused to help with this issue because theyâd already been wornânot a discount, no apologyâeven though they were the ones who sent me the incorrect shoe size. I will never shop through them again and instead will buy the more expensive pair elsewhere.

They wonât let me return the shoes and get the correct pair since they sent me the wrong shoes and the customer service representative that emailed me back told me I need to learn to read.

They only like to hire girls because âtheyâre easier to controlâ and they love to sexually harass women, make them feel sexualized and Store Manager Rob constantly offers the key to Assistant Store Manager Ken, to take a female employee & go inside the district managers office since thereâs no cameras in there for s*xual reasons.
This place is racially biased. They will be told to EXCHANGE *EVERY ITEM* so if you had your exchange denied, they did it purposefully.
They have their own little manager clique and if they donât all approve of you, theyâll manage you out or make you quit.
Never order from this store
Never order from this store. I called right after I made order and noticed that the payment I was using entered an old address even though I had put in correct address on the main screen and tried to make correction right away and they said they couldnât even though package hadnât went out. Fed ex couldnât change it only from the shipper which they wouldnât contact fedex to change anything. I lost out on $200 since they wouldnât refund me and someone else was delivered my shoes in another city.

Legitimately a horrible company. They sent me the wrong size shoes because they had them labeled wrong on their website and it was like pulling teeth dealing with their customer service. They straight up didnât care that they sent me the wrong size and told me they donât do exchanges. I went through the return process and they only refunded me the amount for the shoes not for the shipping. I had to talk to customer service again and explain that keeping the shipping cost for them sending me the wrong shoes is actually not legal and then they finally sent me the full amount. Never again will I order from this website. Save yourself a headache.

These were the worst I paid almost $200 for a brand new pair of Airmax Valentineâs shoes only to receive a bootleg pair the boxes crash paper inside ripped the shoe which is all red. Looks like it came from the swap meet you can see all the stitching the soles are dirty. Iâm waiting for them to respond to me about coming to pick these up and weâre refunding my money buyer beware these are not authentic shoes. Well, at least the ones I got werenât authentic although the agent told me that they are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Well, whoever thoroughly inspected these should be fired. Iâve never had any issues returning or exchanging online products especially if your thinking youâre purchasing new. Wasnât satisfied with Nike 270 shoes one looked used bottom was dirty, didnât like the style of the blue one. I was at least able to return the black pair and get my money back.
I hate fine print bullshit and if this is how your company is ran then you lost a customer for life? Iâll bite the bullet keep shotes and never give you another dime. Iâll make sure everyone knows how you operate.
Funny story went to store to return even willing to exchange and was told by clerk we can only do exchange per my district manager! That alone just did not sit well and I understand itâs a business well no more of my business!
