The first order was a mistake in the size but the return effort was a bit of a stretch excessive restocking charge. The replacement order was of exceptional quality and the creation of a new cooking experience.

Short order's customer service was great. I made a mistake on my order, they fixed it immediately, and got it processed and shipped quickly. Highly recommended.

Good buy, poor experience!
To be honest, I could give Short Order 5 stars, but my experience starting at the factory was poor. They shipped it a week later than was first stated. When it was shipped, it apparently was delayed a little by snow. (No one's fault!) When it arrived, one of the doors on the two door freezer was broken, and it had to go back. I don't blame any of this on Short order, because they are just the ones that are handling the transaction. They were very apologetic and offered me my money back or to reorder. We are trying again.

Great company, great products!
The items I ordered were for my son who wanted to start his own business. However, he changed his mind so I had to return all the items I ordered. The ordering and return process was painless and professional. I would recommend this this company to anyone.
