I thought I would share my experience with Shotkam. I have a Generation 2. It always worked well and I always recommended it to other shooters. I have not needed it for a while until I started recently missing with a new gun. I mounted it up and went to calibrate it. Nothing but a black screen. I contacted Shotkam and was told that my Shotkam was now completely incompatible with their software including the old software that I already had on my phone and ipad. It was completely unusable. Shotkam told me that was how technology worked, things just go obsolete, I could trade it in for a new one, and I should just get over it. They offered the “special” $150 trade-in which happened to be the same discount as the “Black Friday” sale price and they wanted my unusable one back. My warning to you is that Shotkam will leave you with an unusable obsolete product that you paid a lot of money for and try to sell you a new one at the “Black Friday“ price. Beware.

I purchased a Shotkam mini, and after a few months (still under warranty) its failed. It stops recording after about 50 shots.

Sadly, it has to be returned to America for testing, and I have to pay the postage from the UK.

I can’t think of any other organisation that doesn’t cover return postage for faulty products. It doesn’t meet their comment on their website that “To those we serve, we thank you. We commit to bring you innovation, kind support, and warm smiles”.

I’m not smiling and don’t feel supported.

I’m writing this to warn other potential ShotKam customers. I ordered a camera worth €800, and I received an empty package in my mailbox.

I immediately contacted ShotKam with photos, the tracking number, and a statement from FedEx, who clearly told me that only the sender can file a claim.
Despite multiple messages, ShotKam has completely ignored me and refuses to take responsibility.

As of today, I have no product and no refund. No one is taking action. This feels like theft or gross negligence.

Be extremely careful before ordering from this company. If something goes wrong, their customer service is non-existent.
