Contacted Shower Part as I was having no luck searching for replacement for broken top rollers for my curved shower cubicle door. I contacted the matching service that this company has and a few measurements, uploaded photographs and 3-4 emails back and forth and replacements were found. I ordered them at 3 pm on 18-02-25. They were delivered around 1pm 19-02-25 and I’d fitted them by 2pm. Less than 24 hours from ordering to a working shower door. Fabulous service. Great communication and a satisfactory outcome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was so pleased to be able to get the exact part for my shower cabinet. I replaced both sliding door hanging brackets at a cost of £12.99. The shower door is the best it has ever been, sliding really smoothly. So pleased.

I needed to replace some rollers that I had originally bought from Shower Part about 8 years previously. They'd been used multiple times per day and had finally worn out so I knew that their products are excellent. I ordered the set of rollers on Friday morning and although the delivery was supposed to be next working day, they arrived on the Saturday morning. The only downside was that the wife made me fit them straight away!

I was so delighted to find a company that gives clear information to make my purchase so straightforward, thank you. I purchased rollers for the bottom of two shower doors. The parts came next day and postage was included. What a great company!

My bottom rollers on my quadrant shower have been faulty for 8 months,have tried many companies selling these rollers all to no avail,have also purchased some after being told that they would fit but they don't.
Tried Showerparts about 5 months ago,sent a photo to them with all the measurements, at least they got back to me apologising that they couldn't match them.

Then this week out of the blue received email from them stating they had them in stock, ordered the rollers just after 2 pm on Wednesday 8th January, received them yesterday and fitted them today,all good.

What a fantastic company and staff would definitely recommend them,and the price was excellent.
