About Us

Indre the Founder started the business back in 2007, making it a Limited Company in 2011. Since then, she has built it up over the past years with sheer grit, hard work and determination. This has enabled her to employ a small friendly team to help deliver good products, expert advice and excellent customer service. Based in beautiful Cornwall, Shower Part has a purpose-built warehouse and office, a short distance from the beach, where we dispatch all our goods.

We deliver Worldwide and offer same day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm on Mon to Fri. UK orders also benefit from FREE first-class delivery. If you happen to live local, you are also more than welcome to visit our warehouse. For peace of mind, we also offer a 30 day no quibble refund policy. Please see our website for further details.

Our website (www.showerpart.co.uk) is available to purchase goods 24/7 for your convenience. Our staff can help with any advice or issues you may have during the hours of Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. We offer a free part matching service, with diagrams and guides to help you find the correct part, first time every time. Our listings have clear descriptions, images and product videos and we also have tutorial videos to support you, including how to measure your part and our How do I fit my shower rollers in less than 60 seconds? which has been viewed more than 187k times!

SECOND TO NONE SERVICE.

Faultless service from the Shower Part Team. Searched for parts for a old shower cubicle, specifically the runners for the door. Found exactly what I was looking for. Always have doubts about using sites I'd never heard of and sending payments. However, no such fears anymore. Ordered, paid and delivered within the week, outstanding service, thanks for your help 10/10. Will use again and would definitely recommend..
