Avoid this company

Avoid this company.
The took my money thrice.
1. First time they lied they would refund, they didn't
2. Took another $16 when I clicked publish. Ad wasn't reviewed or run.
3. Then took out another $12 off my card without my authorization.
I have sent a couple of emails and they ignored for a week.
