I joined the Career Excellence League (Silver Program) on 15th March 2025, with the objective of taking my career to the next level. Although I had over 21 years of IT experience, I realized that the job market had evolved significantly and that I needed the right strategy, mentorship, and guidance to position myself effectively for senior leadership roles.

Joining the program turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. From day one, Shrijith focused on practical execution rather than just theory. The training is wonderful, informative, interactive, task oriented and finally satisfactory.
