you had shoes shown on line as available and when ordered you took payment and then said sorry not available this is not rioght

Excellent service. Second time ordering from their website and both experiences great! Order was correct and had within 3 days

My order was shipped with no tracking then canceled, disappointing that the process isn’t reliable. I placed my order when stock was available and then apparently it was out of stock.

Was really a disaster and very bad experience i have ordered 4 pairs and you cancel them all after week, how you can take money from people and after just you cancel the order like, no respect to people.
How can I explain to people i told them I bought a gift for you.
Really a huge mistake, especially even an excuse from your side

After 14 days of not hearing anything about my order I contacted the company only to be told my entire order could not be processed.

So disappointed that I spent $140 on two pairs of ankle boots and to discover they were on clearance for $20. Unhappy customer

I ordered boots online and when I got them, I realized I didn't like the way one of the pairs looked on me. When I went to return them at the store, the clerk made me aware of a special in-store promotion they were having. I ended up trying on a few other pairs, but ultimately wasn't able to find anything. I returned the original pair with ease, and the clerk remained helpful and cheerful the whole time. Great customer service!

I'm happy with the boots that I bought from Shumaker, but the wrong boots were shipped to the store for pick-up. Despite that, the staff at the Peterborough store were very helpful.

I was surprised to see that all boots were $39.99. I ordered 3 pairs. Two pairs arrives and were great-size was accurate and quality and style were good! The third pair did not arrive and when I reached out to customer service, I received a reply almost immediately letting me know the boots were out of stock. It was a super positive experience!

The process was nice. But the wrong shoes were sent to the store.

Wanda at Erin Mills Town Center location was amazing.

This is now my 4th purchase of boots/booties over the pandemic and the process has always been great. If I had to give a heads up, it would be that some styles are a smaller fit, so for those you would have to increase your sizes (which I've had to do), but even the exchange from an online order to in store has been seamless. I have my eye on a couple more styles, but so far, a very happy shopper and happy to support a Canadian Store ;).

Great clearance sale! The boots I love for an amazing price and quick delivery. What more can you ask for?

Sarah at your Promenade store is an amazing employee. I called to ask for a smaller size and she was able to hold a smaller size for me until I could get to the store. At the store, she gave me 2 sizes to try, both were too big but she resolved the problem by putting an insole into the boot. She managed to serve me along with 6 other customers in the store at 1100 am when she opened the store. She remembered who I was and knew that I would need at least 2 sizes down; she know her stock and the fit of every boot.
It has been a long time since I was in a store to shop and she made the experience fun and enjoyable. I would shop there again if I am in that neighbourhood.

They misplaced my shoes I am still waiting for my order so I have cero opinion right now.

Fantastic service even as busy as they are! I love the 2 pairs of boots I purchased. One pair has a zipper that won't undo so I have to unbuckle it and loosen the laces. They are looking into this for me as my size is out of stock everywhere! But they are gorgeous and everyone asks about them. I also purchased a taller pair of leather boots, they are a little bit country and a little bit rock and roll! Perfect fit. Unfortunately we couldn't get the 2 pairs of boots I ordered for my husband, they ran out of stock in his size. All of my purchases were online.

Excellent service. My original request wasn't available, but the lady (Amanda? Sorry, I've forgot her name) that served me was amazing and I walked out with 2 great pair of shoes. I will definitely be back.
