Ik had eerst een kleine opslagruimte, maar werd de volgende dag direct geholpen met het regelen van een grotere opslagruimte. Het personeel van Shurgard is zeer vriendelijk, geduldig en beantwoordt alle vragen."

Good experience as things are automated…
Good experience as things are automated and no need to go to the office to open a storage space. If you're from the Netherlands ID verification can be done via your local bank. You can search for deals based on occupancy of the specific location if you're not tied to a specific location. However, I requested for an opening the following day and the automated emails seem to have have been staggered to the following day so I couldn't move my stuff as desired on day 0 of my monthly plan. I had to wait for day 1.

Helder en duidelijk hoe binnen te komen. Ter plaatse voldoende middelen om te vervoeren naar de opslag. Niet buiten maar binnen uitladen. De bewegwijzering met al die nummers is wel puzzelen af en toe. Er er waren liften buiten gebruik.

Soepel verloop, mede door de goed werkende app.
Alles verliep heel makkelijk met de app. Je kon zo naar binnen en er stonden karren die je kon gebruiken om alles naar je eigen opslag te rijden. Heel praktisch. We waren daardoor heel snel klaar met alles.

waardeloze service
hoewel ik zelf vanuit mijn achtergrond in machinebouw goed een slot kan openen zonder sleutel, mocht dat niet toen ik de sleutel van onze box kwijt was. Moest per sé een ‘gediplomeerde’ slotenmaker bij. Vanwege ‘de procedure’. (Verder geen argumenten) Typisch geval van de roze krokodil en computer says no. Op de site staat niet duidelijk dat ze je ook een slot en een verzekering door de strot duwen bij afsluiten contract. Deugt allemaal niet, alleen maar extra kosten!

Heel positief ervaren. Behulpzaam personeel, een mooie en gebruiksvriendelijke app, een belletje na om even te horen hoe alles is gegaan. Makkelijk uitladen en daarbij gebruik maken van de karren scheelt de wereld met verplaatsen. Ik ben zeer tevreden

- toegangscode werkte niet
- na 3 dagen lekkage in box
- telefonisch slecht bereikbaar (heel lang verhaal bij keuzemenu)
